Three bedrooms are upstairs, while the fourth opens directly to the private pool. Outside, there’s a covered barbecue with a dining table, plus access to an organic garden with seasonal vegetables and on-site sports courts, including tennis, bowling, and courts for handball, football, basketball, and volleyball. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Up to 1 pet is allowed.

This beautiful villa is located in a small village near Kanfanar. It is situated within a luxury project with 5600 m² of private land, which includes 4 villas with the possibility of using an organic garden with seasonal vegetables, outdoor fitness, 2 tennis courts, 2 bowling courts, as well as courts for handball, football, basketball, and volleyball. For a real Istrian experience, there are also 3 boskarins, white-gray Istrian long-horned cattle, a symbol of the region.

Elegant, sophisticated, and superbly located in the middle of a picturesque Istrian village, yet close to sunny beaches and picturesque seaside resorts, this villa offers luxury accommodation where you can immediately relax and enjoy every minute of your vacation.

The ground floor is fully adapted to luxurious living, with a beautiful long room divided by arches into the living room and dining room/cooking areas, with French doors bringing an abundance of warm Istrian light inside. Exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings, and a beautiful open fireplace create a warm and cozy atmosphere, while a mix of modern and vintage furniture and exquisite furnishings provide you with high-quality comfort. Three bedrooms are arranged on the upper floor, while the fourth opens directly to welcome the private pool, which is a fantastic place to relax and unwind, including a lovely, covered, authentic barbecue with a dining table that makes for a wonderful retreat from the sun or the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals.
