Was a great place in every way, well decorated, comfortable beds, everything you need in the kitchen including coffee machine, spices, some games in the living room. We felt very immediately at home. The owner's communication was fantastic, very responsive and helpful.

What a gorgeous property! We only stayed one night but could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities! Recently remodeled with high end finishes and everything needed to live comfortably! One of the nicest properties we have stayed in and we stay in a lot of properties all over Europe! Good communication with the owner and detailed instructions to access the apartment - much appreciated!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this flat in Croatia. The flat was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
Het was top. Aankomen wanneer je wil en vertrekken wanneer je wil. Brandschoon, airco en zelfs snoepjes voor de kinderen. Er stond zelfs drinken (2 grote flessen en een flesje rosé) klaar. Shampoo, douchegel, noem maar op. Rustig slapen kon ook door de rolluiken. Als we ooit passeren gaan we dit zeker terug boeken

Stan je prekrasno uređen, besprijekorno čist i opremljen sa svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Lokacija je takođe fantastična. Sve je blizu, a opet je mirno i tiho, idealno za odmor. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Moja porodica i ja smo zaista uživali i od srca preporučujemo ovaj smještaj svima koji žele provesti ugodno vrijeme u Karlovcu. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti!

Wie haben bereits zu zweiten Mal in dieser tollen Wohnung übernachtet. Für uns perfekt für einen Zwoschenstopp mit 3 Kindern. Die Wohnung ist gut erreichbar, Parkplatz vorm Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr gut, habe immer gut geschlafen.

Ganske sentralt.Veldig praktisk å få garasjeplass for bil siden gateparkering er begrenset i dette bolig området. Hyggelig og tilgjengelig vert,veldig komfortable senger.
Maja hartelijk dank voor de fijne overnachting! De communicatie was heel vlot en je hebt ons de mogelijkheid gegeven om de auto al eerder in de fijne parkeergarage te plaatsen. Het appartement is van binnen hartstikke goed! Alles aanwezig, hele goede matrassen in de bedden en een fijne locatie in de stad. We hebben enorm genoten van alle gemakken! nogmaals bedankt.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment in Karlovac, jeweils als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Urlaub – und wieder rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Lage ist ideal: Die Innenstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Self Check-in funktioniert reibungslos und ist sehr praktisch, vor allem bei später Anreise. Besonders positiv: Es gibt mittlerweile eine Garage, in der das Auto sicher und vor großer Hitze geschützt steht. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder! Danke Maja! 😊

El alojamiento y respuesta del anfitrión excelentes , nosotros lo utilizamos como lugar intermedio desde Pula para llegar al aeropuerto al día siguiente de Zagreb , para descansar y no tener que madrugar mucho al día siguiente tiene aparcamiento gratuito incluido , el alojamiento está perfecto , muy bien decorado y muy completo en accesorios de cocina y baño , personas con problemas a movilidad no es recomendado porque es un 3 piso sin ascensor y con maletas se puede hacer pesado , pero si estas bien es un sitio maravilloso , totalmente recomendable y calidad precio increíble

A casa é muito bonita, confortável e está equipada com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia agradável. As laranjas oferecidas como brinde foram um toque delicioso — perfeitas para um sumo fresco ao pequeno-almoço. Recomendo vivamente!

We stayed one month and this apartment is perfect. Beds are comfortable, cleaning is spotless, appliances and heating are working great... The kitchen had any cooking tools you might need... The neighborhood is safe and quiet. There is a supermarket four minutes walking from the house and a bakery around the corner. We completely fell in love with Karlovač, city where Tesla studied highschool. The person in touch was polite and attentive, giving local recommendations and replying to any doubt promptly. It has a private covered parking space, which is very helpful when temperatures are low...
Probably the most comfortable and well equipped Airbnb I've been to. I'm not saying that lightly. 👏🏼

We had a great stay in Maya's flat. It is very comfortable and well equipped. She even put up a baby bed for our son. There is a private garage and it's close to town and a park with lot's of cafés around. We highly recommend her place!
Honestly, I do not know if there is anything to do in Karlovac but if you are looking for an overnight stay with a small child (a 4-month-old daughter in our case) this is the ideal place. Roomy, very well equipped and with a great atmosphere. Private parking is a big advantage and the bed was sooo comfortable. Might be a little bit noisy for someone who is super sensitive for any noise (our first born and that is why we are super sensitive) but for the rest of NORMAL people it is absolutely ok :-)

We stayed at Maja’s place as we were connecting from the lakes to Opatija. Excellent location for the bus (long distance) transfer. The appartement was very well designed and clean. We would stay again.
Very good accommodation, highly recommended. Well equipped in all areas, beautiful design and interior, comfortable beds (hard mattresses but we like it), cleanliness. A particular plus was that we could use of a lockable garage, which came in very handy. There was also children's cutlery, plates, high chair, baby cot and children's toys. The noise from the nearby road was quite loud at night but we knew about this in advance.

The location is where you want to be if you are in Karlovac. Walking distance to the grocery store, to the market, to lots of restaurants and you really don’t need a vehicle. It’s a very good location in the heart of the city. The building could use a little uplift and I think there are plans to do that, inside is very nice. It’s been done more modern. Everything you need and good space. Nothing to complain about. Host is very responsive anytime I had a question.
Zaista predivan smještaj. Ugodan i topao :) Imali smo sve što nam treba ( od štapića za uši, vata, začini, kava, tablete za perilicu suđa i perilicu robe..) Voljela bi naglasiti da su jastuci i kreveti vrlo udobni ! Ako se opet budemo vraćali u Karlovac, zasigurno ćemo opet rezervirati ovaj smejštaj.

Majas Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man fühlt sich bei der Ankunft gleich wohl wegen der Sauberkeit. Hervorzuheben ist das es beim checkin Obst und ein paar Getränke vorhanden waren sowie ein paar Gesellschaftlichsspiele. Dies hab ich nicht oft erlebt. Es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts und die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung absolut. Sie ist auch bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und bekannt für Ihre tolle umgebung mit sehr viel bademöglichkeiten an den 4 bekannten Flüssen. Man benötigt dafür nur ein Auto. Werde nicht zum letzten Mal vor Ort sein. Maja vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt:-)
