The villa is fully air-conditioned, and it includes a private beach with a shower and a total area of 800 m². Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00; a €500 damage deposit is payable on arrival. Up to 1 pet is allowed.

The special story starts with the villa's own surrounding courtyard, which embraces the blue Adriatic Sea and the lush greenery of Mediterranean flora. Here you will be delighted to find a spacious terrace with infinity pool, garden lounge and dining furniture as well as an outdoor grill. The villa's courtyard gently then continues onto a private marina with sun loungers and a boat mooring.

From the terrace, through several glass panes which impressively stretch from the floor to the ceiling, you enter a fantastic part of the villa's ground floor, which features a fully equipped kitchen with an island that is connected to an outdoor grill, a beautiful area with a dining table and chairs and 2 comfortably furnished lounge/relaxation areas. On this ground floor there is also a sauna and a gym, which has a bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet.

Stairs leading from the ground floor take you to the first floor where you will find two luxurious bedrooms. One of the rooms has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath tub, while the other has an en suite bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have terraces with furniture and magnificent sea views.

Taking the stairs leading up to the second floor of the villa will bring you to another two luxurious bedrooms.
