The villa has approx. 220 m2, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate a total of 10 guests. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with direct access to the pool, a fully equipped modern kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and toilet.
On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed (2 people).

The central position in the large courtyard is occupied by a swimming pool with an outdoor terrace on which there are umbrellas, 8 deck chairs, a Jacuzzi, a barbecue and a seating area.
