Set in the peaceful village of Kapelica, this 4-bedroom house offers a completely private, fully fenced garden with a large swimming pool, sunbeds, and parasols. Just above the pool, there’s a lounge terrace with a large dining table, and a charcoal grill is available for meals outside. Inside, the space is fully air conditioned and suitable for up to 8 guests, with child cots available if needed. There are two fully equipped kitchens (one on each floor) and free WLAN. For arrival convenience, the house has safe parking places for 6 cars; check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00, with detailed arrival instructions sent before departure.

In the hot summer days, under the warm Istrian sun, you will find true relaxation in the Villa Anamaria! Minutes from the beach, a completely private garden, fully fenced and hidden from all views features a large swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols. A lounge terrace with a large dining table is just steps above the pool. And for all the delicious meals, a charcoal grill is right here!

The interior is completely air conditioned. There are 4 bedrooms, there is room for up to 8 people. We also have child cots if needed. There are two kitchens, one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor, both fully equipped. From the upper terrace there is a wonderful view to the garden.

Supermarket, restaurants, shops are only a few minutes away. The nearest beach in Rabac is
only 8 km from the house. There is plenty of parking space on the beach.
Front of the house has safe parking places for 6 cars. WLAN is available for free for our guests!
