Set in a quiet area surrounded by forests and meadows, this Labin house offers a living room and kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms indoors, plus an additional bathroom outside. Guests can enjoy a private garden with a freestanding pool, outdoor deck chairs, and a summer kitchen with barbecue and a dining table. A covered porch is available at the front, and a hot tub in an enclosed space can be reserved for a fee. Pets are welcome (up to 2), and goats live on the property. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

On the eastern coast of Istria, near the town of Labin, you will find a large garden with a freestanding pool, comfortable outdoor deck chairs,
as well as an outdoor summer kitchen (30 m2), barbecue and dining table.

In the newly built romantic cottage there is a living room, kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a large covered porch in front (40 m2).
An additional bathroom is located outside.

There's also a hot tub in an enclosed space so you can relax regardless of weather. The price for the jacuzzi is 150 euro for 1 week, 200 for 2 weeks and 250 for 3 weeks.

Friendly animals (goat pets) live on the property, and the owner uses the backyard and the additional house to occasionally stay there and feed the animals.
