Villa is situated in a small town Lokva Rogoznica along the coastal main road directly by the sea and beach. It is 28 kilometers away from the center of Makarska and Split, and 10 kilometers away from the historic pirate town of Omiš, where the Cetina river meets the Adriatic Sea.

This luxury holliday villa for rent spans across 4 spacious floors with total surface of 490m2. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 5 double bedrooms, 5 en-suite bathroom, and 1 toilet, making is suitable for a comfortable stay of 10 people. Upon arrival to this unique modern property, the breathtaking view of the crystal blue sea and the island of Brač from the fully fenced property will immediately capture your attention. On the exterior part of the property, on the northern side, there is a private garage where you can safely park your car. Next to the garage, you'll find the entrance, leading you to the ground floor of the villa.

On the ground floor of the villa, you'll find a guest toilet, finnish sauna, jacuzzi, LCD TV, bar with high chairs, gym (including an exercise bike, a pilates ball, exercise mats, a multifunctional machine), terrace with a spacious pool with steps, comfortable sun loungers, alfresco dining table with chairs, outdoor barbecue grill and an outdoor shower, From the terrace of the villa can take the stairs and reach the beautiful pebble beach.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable black leather sofas, modern pendant chandeliers, a fireplace, LCD TV and a coffee table. There is also a coffee corner with a bar and two high chairs. On the same floor, in the extension of the living room, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, double refrigerator and a dining table with 10 chairs. On this floor of the villa there are sliding glass walls that allow you to enjoy your time inside the villa or outside on the spacios terrace with a wonderful view, which is eqipped with an alfresco dining table for 10 persons.

When you climb the internal stairs to the second floor, you'll find three identical bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (double washbasins, walk-in shower, toilet) and a seating area. Inside the air-conditioned bedrooms, there is a comfortable king-size bed, LCD TV and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms also has a private terrace, allowing you to enjoy a beautiful sunsets over the Adriatic Sea.

On the top floor, there are two master bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds, LCD TVs, wardrobes, tables and chairs, air conditioning, and private bathrooms with a bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, and double washbasins. Both master bedrooms have private access to a shared terrace, offering a magical seaview. Each terrace provides seating areas for the guests to enjoy. The villa has 2 parking spaces on the property, allowing for multiple parking spots for your vehicles.

Due to the proximity to Omiš, Makarska and Split, the guest can visit various nearby excursion sites, enjoy the natural beauties of this region and explore its cultural and historical heritage. For those seeking entertainment, the vicinity of Omiš and Makarska guarantees a great time in one of the many nightclubs and bars. Explore the historical monuments of the city of Omiš, which was once known as the city of pirates. We recommend visiting the Mirabela and Fortica fortresses as well as the old town of Omiš. Sports enthusiasts can try rafting on the rapids of the Cetina River, canyoning, rock climbing, windsurfing, beach volleyball, and many other activities.
