A modern villa in Marusici designed for comfort and entertaining, with floor-to-ceiling windows and open living spaces. It offers 3 bright bedrooms that accommodate 6 adults, and an additional sofa bed that may sleep two more when needed. You’ll also have 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a living area suited to group time. The spa and fitness setup includes a gym, a Finnish sauna, a hammam, and a hydromassage jacuzzi, plus a rooftop terrace for outdoor moments. Views include the Adriatic as well as the mountains in the background. Beaches and a restaurant are within walking distance. On request, the pool can be heated except between Oct 28 and Mar 31; the pool is closed until Apr 3, 2026. A €500 security deposit is paid on arrival and returned after departure; pets may be allowed with owner consent (1 pet) with a €200/week cleaning fee, and the minimum age of the primary renter is 25.

Modern architecture, floor to ceiling windows and large open living spaces overlooking the horizon immediately impress while the contemporary luxuries, convenient technology and an open plan fully equipped kitchen make it perfect for entertaining. Enjoy a swim in the pool while admiring both the sea in the front and the stunning mountains in the background, prepare a BBQ at sunset on a roof top terrace or simply enjoy the natural beauty around you. Step onto the treadmill, cycle on the exercise bike or check into the spa and treat yourself to a day of relaxation with a hydromassage jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna and a hammam by the top manufacturer Effegibi. You are in for a treat.

With three comfortable bright bedrooms 6 adult guests are comfortably accommodated. A sofa bed may accommodate two more in necessary. More in your party? Worry not, sister Villa Safira just next door accommodates 6 adults more.

Villa Senzea is located on one of the most scenic roads in Croatia, in walking distance to beaches and a restaurant. We recommend a 15 minute drive to Omiš, a small port and fishing village. Although its population triples in the summertime the absence of hotels make it an enjoyable and relaxing tourist destination. Plenty of activities are offered in the area such as climbing, rafting and canoeing. While here be sure to visit the 13th century fortress Mirabela as well as the Franciscan monastery and the select few churches found in the old town. And then, grab a seat in one of the cafés, order a glass of mali plavac and ask the local to tell you the story of Omiš pirates.

Upon request, the pool can be heated except for a period between October 28 to March 31. Fee may apply. Pool is closed until April 3rd, 2026. In 2026 it as closed for the winter season from November 2, 2026 to March 26, 2027.

For transparency: please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Friendly pets may be allowed, with owner consent, with a 200 euro per week cleaning fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
