Sleeping arrangements include space for 6 guests comfortably, plus two additional beds for up to 8 guests. A €300 security deposit is required on arrival (returned after departure subject to inspection); pets are welcome on request (up to 1), and groups under 25 are not accepted.

In three bedroom six adult guests are comfortably accommodated, with additional space for two more guests on two extra beds. More in your party? Its semi-detached sister villa, Neomi, is available and can host 5-7 more guests, making this an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends.

Sumartin, the youngest village on the island of Brač, is a charming port town known for its inviting atmosphere and stunning coastal beauty. The village is surrounded by numerous pristine beaches, perfect for relaxation and swimming in crystal-clear waters. Sumartin is also a culinary haven, with local highlights including freshly caught fish, rich olive oil, artisanal cheeses, and fine local wines. The warm hospitality of the locals makes every visit feel like a homecoming.
