This 8-bedroom villa in Mimice is designed for larger groups, with up to 16 guests accommodated comfortably across spacious ensuite bedrooms. The layout includes multiple sea-facing bedrooms with terrace access and jacuzzis, plus a heated infinity pool with panoramic sea views. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor kitchen with a dining area, and wellness options including a spa room with sauna and an indoor pool, along with a dedicated workout room. Please note: a sofa bed setup allows additional sleeping capacity if needed. The beach or a restaurant is within walking distance, and Omis is about a 15-minute drive. A 2000 euro security deposit is required on arrival, and groups of under 25 years of age are not allowed.

Welcome to a breathtakingly luxurious villa situated along the picturesque Dalmatian seashore. Upon entering, guests are greeted with a sense of grandeur, as every room exudes sophistication and style. The extraordinary Seashore Belle boasts 8 spacious ensuite bedrooms, each a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, adorned with lavish furnishings in beautiful colors. Four of the bedrooms face the sea and have access to the terrace each with each own jacuzzi inviting guests to unwind in blissful serenity. Outside, a heated infinity pool glistens with sweeping vistas of the azure waters. Plenty of sun loungers with umbrellas are provided ensuring relaxing days in the sun. A separate outdoor kitchen is provided, accompanied by a spacious dining table where dining to a refreshing sea breeze and undisturbed sea views is an every day reality. Fitness enthusiasts may continue with the wellness plan in a dedicated workout room while those seeking rejuvenation may take advantage of the spa room, complete with a sauna and an indoor pool - a haven of tranquility. With impeccable amenities, unparalleled location and every conceivable luxury Villa Seashore Belle promises an unforgettable retreat where dreams merge with reality.

In eight lavish bedrooms sixteen guests are comfortably accommodated. There are six sofa beds within the bedrooms able to accommodate twelve more if necessary.

Located on the most scenic road in Croatia, in walking distance to the beach or a restaurant, the location provides privacy and tranquility. Plenty of activities are offered in the area such as climbing, rafting and canoeing. A day trip to the islands is recommended. A mere fifteen-minute drive to Omiš, a small port and fishing village, is certainly worth the trip. The absence of hotels make it an enjoyable and relaxing tourist destination. Grab a seat in one of the cafés, order a glass of mali plavac and ask the local to tell you the story of Omiš pirates. Further up the road is Split, one of Dalmatia’s bigger cities and a very popular tourist destination. A day trip is a must to experience the culture, historic sites and to indulge in one of many dining options. Welcome to Dalmatia.
