Set in the old center of Mirca on the island of Brač, this restored 19th-century stone villa offers accommodation for 6–8 guests across two floors, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The outdoor area includes a garden, sundeck, and a pool with hydro massage, along with a covered summer hacienda with dining furniture and a stone barbecue. Inside, the ground floor has a living area with seating and a sofa that can become an extra bed for two children, a fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a guest toilet, and a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, one bedroom has a double bed and a terrace overlooking the sea, while the other has two twin beds that can be turned into one large double bed. The villa is fully air conditioned with in-floor heating, has Internet access, and includes a safe in every room; fenced and covered parking for one car is available. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Up to 1 pet is welcome.

The courtyard of Villa Adriatic is also proud of its authentic summer hacienda, which is covered and equipped with dining furniture and a stone barbecue. It will allow you experience all the various Dalmatian specialties.
 
Entering the ground floor of Villa Adriatic, you will discover a beautifully furnished living area with sitting furniture and sofa, which can be turned into an extra bed for 2 children. Here, you will also find a fireplace, dining room with wonderful dining furniture, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and one guest toilet. The living room is only 2 steps away from the bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom.
 
A massive wooden staircase connects the living room area with the first floor, where two modern bedrooms and a modern bathroom are situated. One room has a double bed, working section and a charming Dalmatian terrace overlooking the sea. The other room is furnished with 2 twin beds that can be turned into one large double bed. Due to the special symbiosis of luxury and natural beauty present on this property, this Villa will guarantee that you feel special. The sundeck offers magnificent views of the sea and mountains in the distance. At night, you will enjoy gazing at the town lights. The silence that surrounds Villa Adriatic is disturbed only by the chirping sounds of crickets. In the morning, you will be gently awoken by the Dalmatian sun and the singing of birds. The smell of Mediterranean pine trees, sage and rosemary will intoxicate your senses. A small, romantic back garden with outdoor sitting furniture is an ideal place for sipping your first morning coffee.
 
Villa Adriatic is fully air conditioned and equipped with in-floor heating. The villa has satellite TV in every room, DVD player with home cinema,  Hi-Fi system, mobile Internet access by USB port, safe in every room, stove, oven, cooker hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, fireplace, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, cot and feeder available upon request, washing machine, barbecue, swimming pool with a hydro massage bench, fenced and covered parking space for one car, and all other technical appliances for your perfect sojourn.
