French doors open to a terrace with outdoor furniture and an outdoor grill, plus a 2–3 person sauna with two showers nearby. On the first floor you’ll find an open kitchen and dining area, a living room with an extra-bed sofa, an open fireplace, and a guest toilet. The second floor offers two en-suite bedrooms, including one with a bathtub and shower, and a balcony. Enjoy the outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and mini waterfall on the first-floor courtyard terrace. The sea is 700 m away. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

The ground floor of the Luxury Villa Mary Ann is a special part of this native Dalmatian house, which can function as a separate apartment. It consists of a spacious living room and dining room with sofa (can serve as an extra bed for one person) and a large, modern dining table with 12 chairs. In this area, there is also a fully equipped, spacious and shabby chic style kitchen, where it is a true pleasure to prepare all specialties. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed that is reminiscent of times past. There is also a second bedroom with twin beds, which is connected by a small window to the living room. This floor also contains a bathroom with a shower.

The living room has beautiful French doors, which open to a beautifully arranged terrace with outdoor furniture, a perfect place to have a morning coffee in the shade. In this area, there is an outdoor grill where you can prepare various Dalmatian specialties. On this level, you will also find a sauna for 2-3 people for your pleasure and relaxation. Near the entrance to the sauna, there are 2 showers, one of which is designed as a waterfall. There is also another terrace with outdoor furniture.

The ground floor of this stone villa has an internal staircase, which leads to the first floor, but this level also has another main entrance from the street. Entering the courtyard on the first floor will lead you to a fully equipped terrace. It contains garden furniture, sun umbrellas and deck chairs, while the outdoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi and mini waterfall will allow you to enjoy yourself in its refreshments during the hot days.

Arriving on the first floor of Villa Mary Ann, you will enter a fully equipped area with a modern open kitchen, dining room, table and chairs. The main living area has a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for one person, an armchair, and LCD satellite TV and an open fireplace. In a separate corner of the living area, there is a working desk and a guest toilet.

On the second floor of the villa, an internal staircase takes you into the realm of dreams. In this part of the villa, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is an airy bedroom with a double bed, en suite bathroom equipped with a modern designer tub and shower and a tastefully furnished balcony with table and chairs that offers a great view of the greenery and blue sea. The second bedroom also has a double bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. This room has the view of Mirca, as well as the terrace, swimming pool and surrounding nature.

Luxury Villa Mary Ann is fully air-conditioned, it has satellite LCD TV, home theater, CD and DVD player, Internet access, phone for emergency calls, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, fridge, freezer (side-by-side, with ice maker), dish washer, microwave, kettle, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, juicer, and toasters. There is also a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, baby cot (available on request), safe, swimming pool, sauna, and parking for 3 cars.

Distance from the sea is 700 m and the villa is in the center of Mirca.
