From the first-floor bedrooms, guests can step out to a balcony with views of the sea, the Velebit mountains, and the old town of Nin. Outdoors, the enclosed terrace shared by both wings features a 20 m² heated swimming pool with six sun loungers, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining table for the group. The villa is about 300 m from the sandy beach.

Villa Margarita is 195 m2 large and conveniently separated into two independent wings, which is suitable for a large family or a group of friends who want to keep their privacy during their vacation. Each wing has an open space ground floor with a completely equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and one bathroom + two double bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor. Each living room has a sofa bed, where two additional persons can sleep. Therefore, Villa Margarita can comfortably accommodate ten persons in total. All bedrooms on the first floor of Villa Margarita also have an exit to the balcony with an amazing view over the sea, the mountains of Velebit, and the old town of Nin. All rooms are air-conditioned with a heating and cooling system, which makes Villa Margarita a perfect holiday spot all year round. The guests of Villa Margarita also have four bicycles at their disposal, suitable for exploring the nearby area.

The left and right wings of Villa Margarita share a completely enclosed, beautiful terrace with a 20m2 large heated swimming pool, surrounded by six sun loungers. The outdoor area of Villa Margarita also offers a barbecue for those who prefer grilling outside while overlooking an amazing sea view and sunsets at night. There is also an outdoor dining table with a seating area for the entire group of ten persons.

Nin is the oldest royal town of Croatia with a rich history that dates back to 3000 years and has the smallest cathedral in the world.
