The house was spacious, clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Pool was lovely with sun loungers and shaded area with sofas. Separate outdoor dining and seating areas were good too so plenty of space. House is in a residential area, so there are neighbours but it was quiet. A couple of minutes walk to two supermarkets and an Italian restaurant (got a pizza takeaway one evening). Took 10-15 minutes via uber into Dubrovnik and generally around $10. Bus was easy too and less than $2. Would recommend!

Would highly recommend Villa Anny to anyone looking for a house close to Dubrovnik. It’s in a fantastic location for exploring the city, beaches, and surrounding areas. There are two small supermarkets just a minute walk, with everything you need. A bus stop right outside takes you directly into the Old Town—no need to worry about parking. We also really enjoyed our time at the house itself: the pool area is fabulous, with views of the sea, the bridge, and boats, and there’s plenty of space to relax.

The villa was beyond expectations. Great location with breathtaking sea views absolutely stunning. Outdoor space was more than adequate with great seating options shaded and unshaded depending on preference. Pool area was phenomenal larger than expected and big enough to accomodate all 6 guests with 6 sunloungers provided. Pool bathroom and shower very handy. Inside the facilities were phenomenal. Very modern and exquisitely clean. 2 fully equipped bathrooms with more than enough towels for the stay. Kitchen had everything we could possibly require and even provided some complimentary beers very appreciated. Cleaning supplies, coffee etc all provided. AC systems throughout were perfect. Everything was beautiful, modern and spotless couldnt recommend more. Location great with local supermarkets and restaurant within 5 mins. €20 taxi to Dubrovnik city centre very central. Our villa contact, I believe his name was Ivan, was unbelievably helpful with lots of tips and very informative shout out to him!

Villa Anny is beautiful . Exactly like the photos , if not better. Very spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The host contact, Ivan was very helpful. The villa is in Mokošica which is about a 15-20 min taxi depending on traffic . An Uber was about 13€ or €18 if a large one required . I wouldn't use the other taxis as we were charged 40€ despite being told it would cost 20€. Mokošica is a fairly quiet, residential area but is ideal If you want a peaceful , relaxing break with easy access into Dubrovnik. There is a small supermarket a 2 min walk and a few more about 10min walk. There is also a lovely bakery nearby too. There's a pizza/ med restaurant next door to the villa - restaurant Megi . The food is quite good although you can obviously get a lot more choice and high end, in Dubrovnik . There is a really lovely little bar -Vapor - about 10 min walk away , down on the waterfront . It has the most stunning views and is just lovely to sit and chill .

Villa Anny is an outstanding property. It is very well equipped and has amazing sea and mountain views. We enjoyed evening drinks on our terrace looking across the bay to the spectacular Bridge. We were quite high up but the sea was easily reached by a 70 metre footpath. The accommodation is very good and the small pool is excellent. Villa Anny is situated in a very pleasant quiet residential area but it was easy to reach Dubrovnik by bus or taxi. There were good local shops and restaurants.

The villa was perfect, great air-conditioning and a nice clean pool area. The neighborhood is peaceful and the outdoor terraces were comfortable. The house had eherything necessary and more. Overall a very lovely experience.

Villa Anny oli loistava. Sijainti mukavan rauhallinen. Tilava ja erittäin siisti. Allasosasto mahtava. Hyvät näkymät merelle. Lyhyt matka vanhaan Dubrovnikiin Uberilla tai vuokra-autolla, jolle myös autotalli. Kauppa ja hyvä ravintola ihan vieressä.

Siisti ja uudenveroinen sekä hyvin varusteltu majapaikka. Mukava allasalue (tosin allas oli hieman pienempi kuin kuvan perusteella olisi olettanut). Käytössä oli oma autotalli, mutta myös bussilla pääsi kätevästi vanhaan kaupunkiin. Lähellä oli kauppa ja muutamia hyviä ravintoloita. Avulias isäntä antoi hyvin tietoa nähtävyyksistä ja oli hyvin tavoitettavissa.

Completely newly renovated beautiful apartment! Really spacious for 5-6 people, great outdoor and pool area. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker. Very private, quiet, feels like you have your own house. Easy to get back and forth to Lapad and Old town with Uber. Small Grocery shops very close by. A charming and tiny local beach nearby which is great if you don’t feel like going to the more popular and crowded ones. Would come here again! :)

This villa is amazing, great scenery and a beautiful view, we enjoyed hanging around the pool which was clean and warm. The kitchen is well equipped, also everything is brand new, super clean and really comfortable and easy to use. Just as on the pictures. Sleeping was super relaxing and enjoyable, waking up here felt like a movie scene! It’s so quiet and relaxing.. Our host Ivan was very helpful and friendly-great communication. We had no trouble getting to center of Dubrovnik with bus station close by and at night we had our safe and quiet haven without noise in the evening. Overall 10/10, amazing place, would definitely come back again!
