Heated Pool Villa with Privacy in Murter

Villa Kuća Dida Grga is located on the island of Murter, approximately 800 metres from a pebble beach. It is a carefully renovated traditional Dalmatian stone house, furnished with character and authentic details, offering guests the feeling of a private home and a genuine local atmosphere. The property is completely enclosed by high stone walls, ensuring full privacy throughout the stay.

Interior

The villa has a total living area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features two comfortable bedrooms with double beds. The master bedroom has a separate private entrance and access to a balcony overlooking the outdoor swimming pool.

Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and TV. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, while the other has a shower.

The fully equipped kitchen is connected to a rustic dining area, ideal for shared meals. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and satellite TV, providing a pleasant space to relax during warmer days. The villa is family friendly, and pets are welcome.

Exterior

The outdoor area covers 32 m² and includes a heated swimming pool of 16 m², set on a stone terrace. Next to the pool, there is a sunbathing and relaxation area, as well as a barbecue with an outdoor dining space, perfect for evening gatherings.

The entire property is surrounded by high stone walls in a traditional Dalmatian style, offering complete privacy and peace, without any outside views.

Surroundings

The island of Murter is part of the Šibenik archipelago and is known for its diverse beaches, ranging from rocky to sandy, as well as its rich cultural and historical heritage. Traditional wooden boats called gajete, once used to reach the Kornati islands, represent a special local feature.

During the summer months, Murter and nearby Tisno are well known for music and cultural events, while nature lovers can visit the Kornati National Park, Krka National Park, or the historic town of Šibenik.
