The apartment includes a double bed and a fold-out single sofabed, accommodating two adults and an additional guest. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Families with a baby can request a baby cot free of charge. Guests have access to a shared BBQ area in the courtyard and a private parking space. Air conditioning is provided in the living room. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM, and parties are not permitted. Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Pets are not allowed.
