We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nice and it is in a very convenient location with shops and restaurants close by and only a short bus ride to the old town. We had a car and there was a covered parking space available for us to park. We would stay there again.

Our stay was very comfortable, the host was clear on how to check in and the apartment was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Dubrovnik, there are bus stops very close and also not to far to old town by walking.

I really loved that the apartment was full with amenities. The place was great for staying some time or even longer because it had everything. I have never been to an apartment and have all those things this apartment had. Also Mateo was really helpful with all the detailed information we may needed during the trip!

The apartment was great! Very spacious, clean and stylish! The host was extremly helpful and friendly and made the check in and check out easy and comfortable. The apartment is in a perfect place right in between the Old Town and the promenade to which each you can easily walk 20-30 minutes in each direction - it‘s perfect. And if you don‘t want to walk you can take the bus (bus stop is right in front if the building). Great access to supermarkets nearby. The garage spot is perfect, just downstairs near the lift. All in all we can recommend it 100% and we will come back!

This place was perfect! Clean, cozy and in a great location - everything was in walking distance. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a seamless stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We loved our stay here in Dubrovnik! The property is about a 20 minute walk from Old Town but is also near to Lapad which was a nice way to spend the afternoon once we had landed. The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

Location is great. Property owner is always reachable and helpful. There is bus station in front of the building and there are markets within 3-4 min walk distance. Clean, new and well furnitured apartment.

Bardzo ładny apartament, z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Pięknie urządzony. Czysto. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Przed dotarciem na miejsce otrzymaliśmy wskazówki jak samodzielnie się zameldować. Okolica spokojna. Bardzo dobry dojazd do Starego Miasta , a spacerem również niedaleko.

The apartment was well laid out, attractive and comfortable. It was great to have a dedicated and secure parking spot. That said, it was a long walk to old city and most things to do. The AC wasn’t working - huge issue for us Americans when it’s hot. However, the host was VERY responsive (came out the next day) and issued a partial refund…. Good job!! So I am still rating this place 5 stars overall. ;-)

Clean, quiet, busstop in front of the apartment (5 min to pile gate, or walk in 25 min), bakery around the corner, supermarket within 4 min walk and good parkingplace. Kitchen is well equiped. Dishwasher is there as well. This apartment had everything you need for a citytrip. It even has a washingmachine and place to dry at the balcony. In the beginning it was a bit difficult to get in touch with Mateo but his colleagues helped out perfectly, but later he reacted very fast. This is a really good, comfortable and worth the value place to stay. If we would visit Dubrovnik again I will definitely stay here again.

Alles war super sauber, modern und schön wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Apartment ist voll ausgestattet von Bügeleisen bis zur Kaffeemaschine...Lage ist super zentral, unser Auto blieb 3 Tage im Parkhaus geparkt. Mit dem Bus der direkt vor dem Apartment hält kommt man überall hin.

Bardzo ładny apartament w pełni wyposażony. Żelazko, zmywarka wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Bardzo ładnie wykończony środek i detale które nadają charakteru. Bardzo dobra komunikacja miejska ze starym miastem (autobus nr 6) przystanek przy apartamencie.(bilet za 2euro kupicie u kierowcy). Kontakt z gospodarzem przez Whatsapp poszedł sprawnie. Miejsce parkingowe przynależące do mieszkania więc nie ma również problemu z parkowaniem. Zdecydowanie polecam.

l appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, emplacement idéal, on peut se déplacer facilement vers le centre ville, la plage belle vue est a 10mn a pieds. supermarchés et restaurants juste à côté. Notre hôte était facilement accessible et répondait a nos demandes merci Mateo😁

We loved the apartment! It was spacious and very well located with the bus stop just outside. Around 5-10 mins on the bus to the old town. Maro was very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. I loved the little balcony to sit there and have coffee in the morning. Thank you!
