Ein wunderbares Appartement, blitzsauber, ruhig gelegen und perfekt eingerichtet. Mateo war sehr nett zu uns und hat alles gut erklärt. Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Erreichbarkeit - man sollte gut zu Fuß sein - es liegt an einem sehr steilen Hang und man gelangt nur per Treppe an die Wohnung - für Kinderwagen/Rollstuhl/ältere Personen eher nicht geeignet. Sonst haben wir uns absolut wohlgefühlt. Danke!!!

Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay. Mateo greeted us and gave us a tour of the local area and provided some great recommendations. He helped arrange airport pick up and the check in was smooth. Very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless and homely with everything we needed. The location is nice, there are a few nice restaurants and bars nearby and a short uber to the old town. Sunset beach was a little disappointing however as the beach bar/club was shut down but we found another that was only a 5 minute drive away. Overall we had a really lovely stay and couldn’t fault the place and Mateo.

The home is clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The owner is very responsible, friendly, and easy to contact whenever needed. The location is convenient, as the house is close to the main road, making it easy to catch a bus to the Old Town. The beach is also just about a 5-minute walk away. Although the stairs can be a bit tiring, the peaceful atmosphere of the home and the beautiful surroundings make it completely worth it. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for both relaxation and easy access to the city.

We had the pleasure of staying at Stjepo's apartment for six nights. The apartment suited our needs very well. It is nicely located a short distance from the beach, with the bus to the Old Town stopping just below and nice running trails in the area. The apartment was clean and functional, perfect for two people. We had a very nice time there, however, there is a few things worth mentioning: - The terrace doesn’t really have any sun, due to quite tall bamboo hedges, not on the pictures, that blocks most of the sun for most of the day - The air conditioning is quite noise. We had to turn it off at night to be able to sleep - The walls to the neighbours seem to be very thin. We could hear very well when the neighbours talked or used the bathroom, especially from the bed - and one can assume that it also works the other way around If these things don’t bother you, we can easily recommend this apartment for a nice stay in Dubrovnik.

Logement pris en dernière minute en changement d’un autre Airbnb. Notre hôte a été très réactif (30min après la réservation nous étions dans l’appartement). Literie confortable et la climatisation a été vrai plus avec les fortes chaleurs. L’extérieur était agréable le soir sans vis à vis ce qui rendait cet appartement privé malgré beaucoup d’habitations autour. Localisation parfaite à seulement 500m d’une plage et de restaurants bon et pas chers. Notre hôte a été disponible et réactif pour les questions que nous lui avons posées. Je reviendrais sans hésitation dans cet Airbnb ! Merci à vous ☺️

This was a fantastic apartment for our family of three (two adults and a 5-year-old). On arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given helpful local tips about the area, which really helped our stay. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Our daughter especially loved the outdoor space — perfect for playing with her toys and saying hello to the friendly local cats. The location was very convenient: just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop, supermarket, and several cafes and restaurants. The beach was an easy 5-minute walk away, with even more dining options nearby. The stairs down to the main road added a bit of exercise, but we didn’t mind at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Great spot, close to the beach (3 minute walk). A very clean space that is a good size for two people. It’s directly next to a bus stop to bring you directly to old town (no transfers needed). The apartment and neighbourhood is very quiet. There are a couple of markets close by for essentials. If accessibly is an issue, the stairs would likely be an issue. Overall it was a great stay and had everything you would need. Would stay there again.

Great apartment. Very clean and modern. The terrace area is amazing. An oasis of calm. The apartment is rite in the centre of Sunset beach Lapad and minutes from everything. There are some stairs but this seems to be the norm in this area. The steps are easily navigable. It’s a brilliant place and we loved it.

Mateo, our host was absolutely brilliant from the second we got there! He had organised a taxi transfer and met us at the apartment where he gave us a tour and an in depth chat about the area. He also helped organise a boat trip for us which was fantastic. Always responsible on message and overall so so friendly. We couldn’t have been anymore happier with the location, a 10 minute bus to old town and incredible views and restaurants steps away. As 2 young girls we didn’t feel unsafe at all. Thanks Mateo!

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our trip! We were only a 5-minute walk from the beach, and the Old Town was close enough by bus that we could visit both the nearby beach and the Old Town in the same day. The walk to the Old Town is also beautiful if you are feeling up to bit of a trek. The kitchen was set up so that we could have a meal or two in the apartment each day, which was great for saving money and having some down time. Everything was clean and comfortable, and Mateo was a communicative host. Be warned that there is a very friendly orange cat that kept trying to come inside! Visiting with the cat on the private patio was a highlight for us, but we did have to be careful when going in and out not to let the cat in.

Stayed for 5 nights. Clear instructions were sent for check in as we arrived later than expected and also received lots of recommendations of things to do locally when we arrived. Apartment was clean and had everything needed for the stay. Apartment is in a good location and only a short walk from Lapad beach which has lots of bars and restaurants. Also good transport links for the old town. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for any couple wishing to explore dubrovnik.

Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr komfortabel. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auffallend auch die Anzahl der verfügbaren Handtücher! Die Vermieter konnten wir persönlich kennenlernen und waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mateo, unser Host, war ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ermöglicht, den Badestrand zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso kommt man in 20 Minuten mit dem Bus direkt vor die Altstadt.

Great place to stay which was very clean and had everything we needed for our weeks holiday. The outside patio was a great bonus, very private. The air conditioning was good too. The apartment is 5 mins walk to the beach but we also went to a quieter beach about 10 mins walk away - all pebble beaches rather than sandy. The bus to old town Dubrovnik is regular and only 2 Euro. We walked to Dubrovnik several times and it’s about 45 mins easy stroll. Great restaurants nearby Overall a great stay and we would come here again when we visit the area.

Everything was impeccable. Such a clean apartment with a lovely equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace and storage. Straightforward check in and check out. Really nothing to complain. The apartment was perfect for our trip and I highly recommend staying here. Kitchen facilities were great, bed very comfortable and big and was bonus to have washing machine too. The garden space was lovely as well and we used it mainly in the evening when it was a bit cooler. The air con is excellent and was a nice relief from the heat outside. Location was so close to super market and the beach which was perfect for our needs. Old Town is 20 mins on the bus or 10 mins in Uber both can be picked up regularly from top or bottom of the stairs. Mateo organised a boat trip for us with discount so I’d recommend speaking with him if you plan to do any excursions as it worked out a lot cheaper than online. I would highly recommend staying and we’ll definitely stay again if we return.

It is very close to the beach, the supermarket and the bus stop from where you can easily go to the old town. What else you should know is that you have many steps to the apartment, if stairs should be problematic for someone. But otherwise you get used to it relatively quickly. All in all we can only recommend the apartment and would go there again!

We had a great stay in Lapad! The apartment is super clean, the bed is comfy and the outside space was great. The host was really accomodating, enabling us to check out a few hours later in time to catch our ferry for onwards travel. The apartment is just a short walk from the beach and a large super market. The Old Town is around a 10 minute Uber away (there were always plenty available), which cost between 40-50 Kuna. Id definitely recommend staying here to other travellers looking to explore the Old Town & also the Lapad area!
