Totul a fost perfect. Cazarea este la 15 minute de zona centrala, are loc de parcare privat și apartamentul este echipat cu tot ce ai nevoie Mateo ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare, un băiat foarte de treabă care răspunde rapid la mesaje. Recomand sa experimentați din excursiile pe care le are acesta disponibile. Toată excursia a fost perfecta!

O apartamento está muito bem equipado, decorado e é bastante funcional. Tínhamos à nossa disposição tb guarda-sol e estendal, sacos do lixo, pastilhas para a máquina de levar loiça e mais toalhas extra para o chão - referencio estes itens porque a maioria dos locais não colocam nada a disposição do hóspede , temos de ir comprar. Na nossa entrada esperava-nos algumas bebidas (água, sumo, cápsulas de Café) e fruta de oferta. E o mateo, da empresa que trata do exploração do apartamento, foi super simpático e disponível connosco.

Apartament przestronny, czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Nawet produkty do picia i jedzenia na pierwszy dzień pobytu. Jedynie widok z okna był prosto na wewnętrzną ulicę, a okno na parterze, co może stanowić pewien dyskomfort przy dłuższym pobycie, szczególnie w lecie.

I go to Croatia every year. I love this country and people: friendly, hard-working, contactable, who offer always super-clean flats with all equipment, so you do not have to ask. Wir waren als Familie zu dritt dort,ich würde eher sagen das die Wohnung für 2 Pers ist.. Es wurde zwar super geregelt das eine extra Matratze auf die Couch gelegt wurde als Schlafplatz,aber dennoch war die Privatsphäre nicht da. Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen,es war alles vorhanden,tolle Zentrale Lage und sauber.. Würden wieder kommen

Appartement très sympa, fidèle aux photos. Très propre. Hote très accueillant. Agréablement surprise en arrivant : jus de fruit, bière et lait dans le frigo, belle corbeille de fruits également. Le seul point négatif est que l'appartement est loin de la vieille ville, impossible d'y aller à pied.

I stayed in Mateo’s AirBnB for 2 nights/3 days and was pleasantly surprised. Don’t be put off with the outside surrounding buildings as the inside of the AirBnB is very clean, modern, and comfortable. I do recommend this AirBnB as it is very central with a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute taxi to the Old Town. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament. Czysto. Miłe przywitanie i zaangażowanie właściciela. Lokalizacja obiektu to bardzo duży plus. Bliskość plaży i portu z świetnymi restauracjami. Do Starego Miasta można dotrzeć autobusem (przystanek 1 min od apartamentu) lub Uberem (6.5€) bądź na piechotę. Polecamy bardzo!!!

It was very clean and spacious. Mateo made us feel very welcome and gave us loads of hints and tips which were very helpful. Great appliance in the kitchen with a few handy things in kitchen which meant we didn’t have to venture out on our first day as we landed late in the night

Bardzo godny polecenia apartament. Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, przy samym przystanku z którego jeździ autobus do samego starego miasta. Blisko do plaży i do wielu dobrych restauracji. Sok, piwo, woda i owoce były bardzo miłym przywitaniem zwłaszcza, że przyjechaliśmy w środku nocy. Apartament jest duży, dla 4 osób miejsca jest wystarczająco dużo. Jedynie łazienka jest bardzo mała i przy każdym prysznicu cała mokra, ale przy wielu zaletach jest to mały szczegół. Na pewno jak będziemy się kiedyś wybierać do Dubrownika to rozważymy ponownie wynajęcie tego samego apartamentu.

Hektor apartment is strategically located near supermarkets and eateries. It's not far from the main road too. Mateo the property manager and the owners were kind enough to include fruits, milk, sugar,salt , oil and some sweets as a welcome pack for us when we arrived. The apartment itself is spotless and spacious. The bathroom has all what you need. The area is super safe too. We were a family with a young kid who came down with Chicken pox. The owners and Mateo the property manager were very helpful and guided us well. The hospital was literally 10 min away by foot. That was a bonus given our situation. They were really kind and even washed and dried out clothes for us as there is no washing facilities in the apartment.

Mateo est un hôte très réactif. Il nous a accueillis à l’arrivée à l’appartement et nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour. Il nous a également donné de précieux conseils pour nous déplacer facilement dans la ville. Son logement était exactement comme sur les photos, propre et rangé. Mateo avait laissé à notre disposition des fruits, du lait, du jus d’orange de l’eau ainsi que thé/café. C’était parfait! Je recommande vivement son appartement.

A complete apartment. The integrated living room and kitchen make the space large and welcoming. In the kitchen you have everything you need, including things like olive oil, salt, sugar, even a beer left in the fridge. Very comfortable bed. A little far from the old city, but a bus passes in front of the house and leaves you in front of the city in a few minutes. Space for the vehicle right in front of the house. The host was available at all times on WhatsApp.

Rien à ajouter, le logement se situant plus ou moins centre de la ville, permettait de se rendre en bus ou à pied aux diverses endroits pour se divertir, se balader, se restaurer et autres activités. Hôte disponible et réactif à nos besoins/ questions. Salon très confortable donnant la sensation de se sentir chez soi. Le parking devant le logement est un gros atout au vu de la complexité de stationnement dans la rue.

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel et bien situé, a 15 minutes à pied des plages de Lapad et à 5 min de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik en prenant Uber ( 5-8€), ou avec le bus 4 à proximité, ou encore à pied (30min). Mateo était très sympathique et nous a recommandé des activités et restaurants. Dommage il n’était pas flexible par rapport aux horaires de Check in (14h) et Check out ( 10h)
