Located in the center of Rovinj’s pedestrian zone, this one-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable space for up to four guests with a double bed and a fold-out sofa. The 50 m² interior includes air conditioning in both the kitchen and bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Please note there is no private parking; public paid parking is available within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00 and check-out is by 10:00. One pet is welcome for an additional nightly charge, to be paid on arrival. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00, and parties or events are not permitted.

JOLLI One-Bedroom Apartment is located in the strict city center of Rovinj (pedestrian area). The nearest beach is located in 7 minutes walking distance. Interior size is 50 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is in the kitchen and the other air conditioner is located in the bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. It is not possible to access the accommodation with a car because it is located in a pedestrian area.

PARKING: Private parking is not available. Public parking on payment can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot. 

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 person

BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable double). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. 

PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
