A shared BBQ area is available in the courtyard, and private parking is included on site. One small pet is welcome for an extra charge. For families with young children, a baby cot is available free of charge. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00.

Interior size is 40 m2 and balcony is 4 m2. It is located on floor: 2. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
