This one-bedroom apartment in Kanfanar offers comfortable accommodation for up to three guests, with a double bed and an extra foldable single bed. The space includes a living room, one bathroom, and a balcony of 10 m², providing a relaxed setting. Air conditioning is located in the hallway to keep the apartment cool. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests have access to a shared swimming pool, available from May to September, and a shared BBQ area in the courtyard. Private parking is available on-site. One baby cot is provided free of charge upon request. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00, and parties or events are not allowed. Pets are not permitted.

VILLA FJORD One-Bedroom Apartment 1 is a 3  star Apartment. It is located in Brajkovići - small village 10 km from Rovinj and 4 km from Lim Fjord Canal where is located the nearest beach. Interior size is 31 m2 and the balcony is 10 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the hallway. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a big garden. In the courtyard of the house, all guests have on disposal a shared swimming pool. The pool is filled with chlorine water. It is shared within 4 apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is fifteen. The pool is not available for use from 21st September- 1st May. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house. 

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person

BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of  charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

PETS: Pets are not allowed.
