The description told us of the balcony and the terrace, but not of the view (town rooftops and distant sea) or the greenery of the garden which the balcony overlooked, or the garden's resident tortoise family! This apartment is perfectly positioned for everything you might want to reach in Rovinj on foot.

The apartment was spotless clean. Everything you needed was there. Perfect location, close to everything Rovinj has to offer. Cristina and her family are really lovely and very accommodating, we wish we had booked longer there. We would definitely recommend Cristinas' apartment and will definitely return one day. Thank you

Великолепные апартаменты, очень чисто, просторные комнаты, есть все необходимое для проживания, на балконе или террасе прекрасно утром пить кофе или завтракать, перед глазами небольшая зеленая территория, где приходит в гости маленькая черепаха. Отдельная благодарность хозяйке!! По нашей просьбе заселили утром раньше положенного времени. Когда пришли- в комнате уже работал кондиционер и была приятная прохлада. Так же по просьбе оперативно предоставили дополнительные постельные принадлежности. Время выезда так же по просьбе продлили до 16.00, поэтому еще раз успели поплавать в море , принять душ и уехать совершенно счастливыми в 16.30 на своем автобусе. Мы останавливаемся в этой квартире второй год подряд и планируем это сделать и в следующем году!

Dieses Apartment empfehlen wir gerne weiter! Es ist ruhig und doch zentral gelegen. Die liebevolle und einfache Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit haben uns sofort überzeugt. Der Blick vom Balkon ins Grüne war sehr beruhigend. Uns fehlte es an nichts, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Super Unterkunft, sehr leicht zu erreichen. Wir haben die Räder auf die Terrasse gestellt, das war kein Problem. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon hatte eine tolle Aussicht. Einzig über den Parkplatz sollte man sich vorher Gedanken machen. Das ist wirklich ein riesiges Problem. Wir haben für 2 Nächte 50 Euro bezahlt.

Lovely quiet flat, clean and well equipped; modern bathroom with generous supplies. Light, bright living room with a balcony overlooking a gorgeous garden and Rovinj rooftops towards the bay. Great location, very short walk from restaurants, shops and buses. Right in the heart of the old town but slightly uphill so nicely secluded with a view. Cristina was really helpful and responsive to any queries. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

This was my second stay in this apartment, and it confirmed everything I appreciated the first time. The flat is perfectly located in the center of Rovinj, yet it remains remarkably quiet. The host communicates clearly and responds quickly to any question. The apartment itself is spotless and fully equipped (Wi-Fi, A/C, a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bedding, private balcony). All major sights, restaurants and the waterfront are minutes away on foot.

I've been to Rovinj several times now, but this was the best location so far. The host was always available online and responded within minutes. The apartment is in a quiet, central location, all places in Rovinj can be reached in a few minutes. About the apartment itself: New building, modernly furnished, large living/kitchen area, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower, bedroom. Small balcony with privacy is available, too.

This is a comfortable apartment in a quiet location close to the old town and the bus station. The hostess, Cristina, is friendly and helpful. The access arrangements were provided in good time. The balcony overlooks a lush garden, with grape vines and banana plants; and also lizards, turtles and a cicada.

It was lovely to have a terrace where you can relax with a decent view. The room was spacious and had an amazing bathroom. Very clean and provided with all the facilities needed. Not too far from the city center, as well as the main bus station.

The view from the terrace was amazing. Loved the room, very modern bathroom too. Everything was so clean and they had lots of towels to use if needed. The guy living above was super friendly when I was having trouble of my own making with the front door. Very quiet and lovely! Everything was super close by and even the hill up to the apartment wasn't too bad.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé pour visiter Rovinj. La cour de l’immeuble est agréable et paisible. L’hôte était très accueillante. Il manque, à notre goût, quelques équipements dans la cuisine pour qu’elle soit plus fonctionnelle quand on séjourne plusieurs jours. De plus, des rideaux occultants ou des volets dans la chambre et le salon seraient les bienvenus. Enfin, l’appartement n’est pas très bien insonorisé.

Abbiamo trovato tutto quello che solitamente non c’è in un appartamento “da vacanza”(phon, piastra per lisciare i capelli, caffettiera italiana, americana, bollitore, piastra toast, ecc). La posizione è perfetta, al limitare della zona pedonale, a circa 250 metri dal centro, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi dopo una breve discesa. Proprietaria disponibile e premurosa, le indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura chiare e dettagliate. Siamo stati davvero bene.

Nagyon hangulatos, mediterrán teraszunk volt, nem közvetlenül a szobához tartozott, de gyakorlatilag az ott tartózkodásunk alatt csak mi használtuk, nem zavart senki. Szőlőlugas, gyönyörű kút, mediterrán fák, a tengert is láttuk. A fürdő is nagyon modern és tiszta. Klíma is remekül működik.

Balkong! Her fekk vi særs god valuta for pengane. Leilegheita er fin og velhalden, og balkongen ligg nydeleg til ut mot ein søt hage. Soverommet ligg svalt til ut mot ei stille gate vi aldri høyrde ein lyd frå. Vi laga ikkje mat på kjøkkenet, men det såg ut til å ha alt ein treng. Leilegheita ligg veldig sentralt og er enkel å finne fram til. Verten svarte raskt på meldingar og var veldig hyggeleg og grei å ha med å gjera.
