One-Bedroom Apartment in Turanj with Sea-View Terrace

On the area of 47m², there is an air-conditioned living room with a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an additional guest toilet.

The living room has a convertible sofa bed for 2 people and a direct exit to the covered terrace (16m²) with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and islands. A set of garden furniture and a sun lounger is available on the terrace.

A bedroom is equipped with a  double bed and its own air conditioning unit. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Thanks to the individual air conditioning and underfloor heating, accommodation in the apartment is possible at any time of the year.

The CROWONDER Apartments & Rooms Oaza has a lift and a large roof terrace with a panoramic view that is common for all accommodation units.

In the internal wellness area with sanitary facilities, guests have at their disposal (included in the price) a gym and a Finnish sauna with a relaxation room. Outside there is a large heated pool (36m2 and 140m deep) with a jacuzzi function and a waterfall surrounded by a lounge terrace with a heated floor, sun loungers and a shower. The whole area of the swimming pool can be closed with glass walls and covered with a sliding roof, which gives the possibility of a comfortable use of the pool even in the winter months or in bad weather.

There is also an outdoor barbecue for guests.

The outdoor area (600m²) around the building has a garden part (200m²) and a large parking lot with its own parking spaces for guests.

For extra fee you can have a delicious breakfast in the morning. Through the whole day guests can use a coffee machine.

Practically the entire coast of Turanj and nearby Sveti Filip and Jakov is used for beaches, which are ideal for children due to the flat coastline and gentle descent to the sea. The shore as well as the bottom of the sea is covered by a pebble or small stones. The water gradually becomes deep. The nearest beach is located in front of the property which is only 40m from the building.

The nearest grocery is about 500m far from the property. A large multi-branch shop can be easily reached by car- it is 2km away.
