Located on the second floor, this one-bedroom apartment in Rovinj offers 45 m² of comfortable space and a 6 m² balcony. The main bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed, while the living room features a foldable sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. Two air conditioners—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—ensure a comfortable indoor climate. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Guests can use a shared BBQ area in the courtyard, and a private parking space is available on-site. One pet is allowed with a small nightly surcharge. Check-in is from 14:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 7:00, and parties are not permitted.

MILENA One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony(A3+2) is a 3  star Apartment. It is located in 15 minutes walking distance from town center and in 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 45 m2 and balcony is 6 m2. It is located on floor: 2. The accommodation has two air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other air conditioner is located in the bedroom. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house. 

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 5 person

BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable double). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of  charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
