It was a great stay, lovely apartment, everything was beautiful, great experience! There is one small issue - apartment is on 4th floor and there is no elevator, so be mindful about that if you have a lot of luggage like we did.

This was our first trip to the European region. The self-service team was great with the whole process. Any request, or inquiry was responded to immediately. They also provided local recommendations for restaurants. What is a nice feature, though you pay an extra charge. If staying longer than 7 days, they have a cleaning person come in to do a cleaning. I will be sure to keep them on my list for our next visit!

The accommodation was good and the apartment had everything needed for a vacation stay. The bed and the sofa were comfortable, which made our stay pleasant. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, knives, and all the basic cookware, although it would have been nice to have at least some basic items provided (tea, coffee, salt...) The location was okay for us, but getting to the city center requires transportation, so if you are not arriving by car, a taxi is the best option. One thing we didn’t like was that it wasn’t mentioned in the listing that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator, which could be an issue for older guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. The check-in starts at 5 PM, which might feel a bit late for some travelers. Overall, we would recommend this accommodation and would stay here again.

Prachtig appartement waar wij verbleven hebben in Zagreb, het pand zelf lijkt wat verouderd, maar de accommodatie is dat absoluut niet. Vergeet niet dat er geen lift is om gebruik van te maken, de accommodatie is op de bovenste verdieping van de flat waardoor er aardig wat trappen gelopen moeten worden. Vanuit de accomodatie is het een kleine 15 minuten lopen naar het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation, vanuit daar kan je voor een kleine prijs naar het centrum van Zagreb. De communicatie tussen verhuurder was top en zijn erg vriendelijk. Wij raden de accommodatie aan voor een tijdje in Zagreb!

The place feels like home. Very modern and clean. Definitely a place for long stays. Is not far from the center (15-20 minutes by uber/bolt). Zagreb is super safe so the neighborhood it is. There is a supermarket nearby (5 minutes walking) in overall 5 out of 5

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment is beautifully designed, very clean, and just like the photos. One thing to be aware of, it’s on the 5th floor with no elevator, which wasn’t clearly mentioned. The building looks a bit run-down from the outside, but the inside is completely renovated and very nice. I had some issues with the WiFi not working, but the host responded quickly and tried to fix it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook (pots, pans, dishes, etc.), but no basics like oil, sugar, or baking paper. Overall, a lovely stay – I would definitely come back!
