Upon arrival to the property, the first thing you will notice is the large roof terrace with an incredible sea view as well as a view of the island Kolocep. The terrace, equipped with seating furniture and a variety of amenities, is a place where you can spend wonderful relaxing moments with your loved ones.

Stairs will lead you down to the first floor of Villa Malena. When you enter this beautiful, sun-drenched space, you will notice to the left a fully equipped kitchen. This modern kitchen, in a white, high-gloss finish, only contributes to the brightness of the area. It is equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay as you have all you need for the preparation of fine Dalmatian specialties. To the right, there is a living room with a comfortable sofa, two chairs and a coffee table, making it an ideal place for morning coffee and pleasant conversation. Another beautiful area is the small terrace reachable from the living room. On the terrace, you will find a table and chairs that invite you to have breakfast overlooking the sea.

On this floor, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed have found their perfect place. The bathroom is decorated in very calming tones and it provides a completely relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom, which is opposite the bathroom, is perfect for peace and rest. It has access to the same terrace with a sea view as the living area. Here, you will surely find your own place to relax.

Stairs lead down to the ground floor, which was created for enjoyment and refreshing moments by the pool. On this floor, there is a room with a double bed and a comfortable armchair. This room has an en suite bathroom with a shower. You can exit this room and easily reach the terrace where the swimming pool is located. The beauty of this area is woven by beautiful sunny moments in front of the blue Mediterranean and a view of the island Kolocep, which delights even the most demanding tastes. By the swimming pool, there are sun loungers to complete the area.
