This air-conditioned 8-bedroom villa in Orebić is set on a 12,000 m² estate and can host up to 16 guests, including a servants setup. The central part offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 16, a large living room with a fireplace, and three terraces overlooking the sea. The right wing features four double bedrooms with private bathrooms and terraces, while the left wing includes two double bedrooms with bathrooms plus two additional double rooms that can be combined into a family room. On the elevated grounds you’ll find a large swimming pool with deck chairs, a summer hacienda with summer kitchen, barbecue and dining table, and three gazebos. There is a protected private parking area and WiFi, plus a baby cot and high chair are available. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Villa Orebic is located right at the entrance of the port town of Orebic. The large estate that spreads over 12 000 square meters is beautifully landscaped with rich Mediterranean vegetation, numerous hundred-year-old palm trees, olive trees, fig trees, roses and many other types of beautiful flowers. The walkways leading to the villa, pool, pebble beach and the sea are exquisitely lit.

From the entrance to the property, paths lead to the parking plateau, with 5 parking spaces, and to another plateau intended for recreation.

The central part of the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 2 guest toilets, a large dining area with a table for 16 people, a large living room with a fireplace, as well as three terraces, which are furnished with outdoor seating for relaxing in the open air. The terraces overlook the sea and in the evening, you can use telescopes to observe the beautiful starry sky.

The right wing of the villa has 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms with private bathrooms and terraces equipped with sitting furniture. The first room of the right wing is a spacious master bedroom, which has a private bathroom with a shower, and an additional separate bathroom with a designer bathtub. The master bedroom also has two terraces overlooking the sea, which are fully equipped with chairs for relaxing. Additionally, this room has a desk with a computer, Internet connection and SAT TV.

The left wing has 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with satellite TVs. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower. In this section, there are also 2 additional double rooms with air conditioning and satellite TVs, which could be united into the family room. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower.

From the main building of Villa Orebic, trimmed paths lead to the elevated section of the property where you will find a large swimming pool, summer hacienda with a summer kitchen, barbecue, wine bar and dining table. The pool is surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing in a beautiful ambience.

Several paths lead from the house towards 3 gazebos, fully equipped with chairs for relaxing and also towards the pebble beach.

Villa Orebic is completely air-conditioned, equipped with LCD satellite TVs, DVD, computer and Internet access, hair dryers (in each bathroom), microwave, refrigerators with icemaker, freezer, stove, oven, range hood, electric kettle, coffee machine, juicer, blender, 2 grills, dishwasher, laundry and ironing facilities, a wine cellar, pool, garden furniture, deck chairs for the pool and beach, baby cot, baby high chair and all other technical appliances for your convenience. The villa has a protected private parking area.

Distance from the sea is 1 m, and the distance from the town center of Orebic is 500 m.
