The first floor has four bedrooms with double beds, a shared bathroom, and a balcony. Outside, the garden includes a swimming pool (14 m²), sun loungers, an outdoor barbecue, and an outdoor dining area. The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi‑Fi and LCD satellite TV, with additional appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.

The spacious garden of Villa Beach House Orebic is surrounded by a high stone wall and green Mediterranean plants, which allow for complete privacy in your own peaceful oasis. Aromas of Mediterranean fruit trees complement the relaxing moments in the green garden with stone terraces. A swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a table with chairs for enjoying moments in the company of family or friends are on the south side of the garden. On the north side, you can enjoy preparing Dalmatian specialties on the outdoor barbecue. In this part of the garden, next to the barbecue, there is an outdoor dining area surrounded by greenery, which creates great shade, allowing you to stay cool even on the hottest summer days. Here, you will also find a guest toilet. The garden area has gorgeous little terraces with sitting furniture, where you can relax while listening to the sound of crickets and gazing at the waves.

From the beautiful garden, you will enter a central anteroom area of the ground floor of the villa – the so-called Saloca. Left to this room is the living room decorated in a romantic style with paintings and furniture that create an idyllic ambience. The dining room and kitchen are located on the right of the Saloca.

All the rooms are connected. The living room and dining room are located on the south, and the kitchen on the north side of the house. All areas have an exit to the garden and to the beautiful stone terraces. The kitchen has access to the northern part of the garden, where the barbecue and outdoor dining area are located.

A newly built spacious bathroom with designer elements and in-floor heating, a storage room with a washing machine and a pantry are also located on the ground floor.

Stone stairs lead to the first floor of the villa. This space is intended for sleeping and resting in a Mediterranean ambience. On this floor, there are four bedrooms. Outside

these rooms, you will find a small and pleasant lounge area that exits to the balcony with a beautiful wrought iron fence. The balcony offers a view of the magnificent blue sea and garden with palm trees and a bougainvillea tree. All bedrooms have double beds and a shared bathroom.

Villa Beach House Orebic is air-conditioned and equipped with LCD satellite TV, wireless Internet access, washing machine, ironing board and iron, stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and juicer. A baby cot and high chair are also available upon request. The villa has two private parking spaces for its guests 300 m from the villa, but there is also free public parking 50 m from the villa.

Distance of the villa from the sea is 5 m, and it is 50 m from the center of Orebic.
