This newly built house in Pazin offers a completely private, fully fenced garden on 1,200 sqm, making it suitable for guests traveling with pets. Enjoy a private pool (8 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep) with sunbeds, plus outdoor dining and a charcoal grill. Inside, the kitchen, living room, and dining room are connected in one open space, all on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds; with the living room sofa, up to 5 guests can stay. The bathroom includes a shower closure and a washing machine, and private parking for 2 cars is available on the property. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Villa Vrt is a newly built holiday home, located in the heart of Istria. From here, you can reach anything in Istria within 30 minutes.
The nearest beach is only a 15 minute drive away, there are numerous restaurant all around, and the nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive from the house.
The garden is completely private and surrounded with a 1.8 meter high fence. There is a swimming pool (8 meters x 4 meters and 1.5 meters deep) with sunbeds,
a large outside dining table and charcoal grill.

The kitchen, living room and dining room are connected into one large open area. Everything is on the ground floor.
There are two bedrooms. The first one has a large double bed, the second one has two single beds, and with the living room sofa there is room for 6 people.
The bathroom has a shower closure and a washing machine.

The house can be easily reached, and we will send you detailed arriving instructions. Private and safe parking is ensured on the property.
