Sleeping includes two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and one en-suite bedroom with balcony access, with a master bedroom on the second floor. Free internet, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and parking in the garage and outdoors are available. Check-in is available any day from 17:00, with check-out by 10:00.

A private hydromassage heated 26 sqm pool, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower, is the focal point of the completely fenced outdoor area. Next to the pool, there’s a spacious terrace with a dining area and pergola system as well as BBQ.

Entering the modernly designed open-plan interior space, from the terrace through sliding glass doors, a beautiful living area with a fireplace and a special installation of a massive root of the acacia tree as wall decoration will enchant you at once. In front of it, there’s a large dining table. Furthermore, there’s a kitchen island and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a toilet, an internal staircase, and the main villa entrance.

A children’s playroom and a laundry room are settled on the villa’s first floor. Two double bedrooms with shared bathroom with shower and bathtub, and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, also with bathtub and shower, and balcony access, found its place on this floor.

The second floor offers a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and kitchenette, and terrace access through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Orvas Villa 269 with free internet access, and an indoor fireplace, is fully air-conditioned, and with underfloor heating is an ideal rental villa for staying in the winter. Private parking in the garage and outdoors is available on the premises.
