Indoors you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with an internal fireplace and LCD TV, along with a terrace with outdoor furniture. Air conditioning, underfloor heating, and Wi‑Fi are available, and parking is provided. The villa is about 70 m from the sea and 36 km from Makarska. Pets are welcome (up to 1). Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00. A €500 damage deposit is payable on arrival.

On the souterrain of the cascade-built Luxury Villa Tranquility Podaca is a heated swimming pool with sun loungers, and you can also refresh yourself in the outdoor shower. The cascades are complemented by white stone and Mediterranean plants which perfectly blend in with the surrounding nature. The stairs go up to the ground floor of the villa's outside area where there is a grill and an outdoor dining table.

Entering the ground floor of the house we find a fully equipped kitchen with a table for 8 people and a modern living room with an internal fireplace, LCD TV and a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture. The terrace offers a spectacular view of the azure blue Adriatic Sea and the Mediterranean landscape. On this floor there is also one bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a room with a washing machine.

The stairs go up to the first floor of the Luxury Villa Tranquility Podaca with the remaining 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two with shower and one with bath. Each bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a beautiful view of the sea or the Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds the house.

The entire Luxury Villa Tranquility Podaca has air conditioning and underfloor heating and Wi - Fi is available. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The villa also has a washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. Villa guests who come with children can use a high chair and a cot for children. Parking is provided within the Luxury Villa Tranquility Podaca.
