Amazing view, straight to the sea! It’s so convenient that the beach is right under the building, you don’t need to go anywhere, just walk downstairs and you’re already on the beach. Plus, they provide umbrellas and lounge chairs, so you don’t need to pay extra to rent them. Stipe is easy to communicate with and replies very quickly. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary equipment.

In all honesty I was a bit skeptical at first as his place looked too good to be true but it turned out to be good and true. Stipe met me at the place at the arranged time and gave a tour of the apartment as well some tips on dinning and other fun experiences. If you have already made reservations and have your trip planned out it’s still good to review and maybe reconsider. The place was clean and pretty spacious. There were a couple or small technical issues but we understand stuff happens and we didn’t mind it. I would certainly strongly recommend it. You can’t beat being steps away from the sea. A nice cold drink in the evening over looking the adriadic and the islands across was one of the highlights. The water in front of this property is clean and the beach is almost semi private, quiet and not crowded.

We had a wonderful stay at Stipe's apartment. The apartment itself is super clean and comfortable and very well equipped. It is close to some lovely restaurants and opens onto a beautiful beach. the perfect place for a very relaxed break. Stipe was a perfect host, very friendly, easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations for restaurants etc. We highly recommend.

The view is to die for. The beach is basically private. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were squeaky clean. We hope to be back!

Second time visiting Stipe’s apartment and the place lived up to our expectations. It is a bit of a stroll to the local restaurants if you’re walking on the beach but there are some local restaurant gems worth the walk! Beautiful view from the balcony and waking up to the sound of the sea is just something else. We will be back!

Everything was perfect . We spent a great journey in Stipe’s apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, with a wonderful view on the sea. The beach at the bottom of the apartment is really key for the kids and it is very quiet , which is rare ! Podstrana is a good place to stay in order to enjoy Split, Trogir and surroundings with a peaceful environment. Thanks to Stipe for his warm welcome and his valuable advice about activities and restaurants !

My family easily found the location, had a smooth introduction with Stipe, received a bunch of great local recommendations (dinner, blue cave, Split attractions). It was clean and secure and has a gorgeous view of the sea. We did notice the noise from the road and at night was loud (obviously something not in Stipe’s control). The building had smokers and a couple times inhibited us from opening windows and being more outside. This is our personal preference not to smell smoke but we understand culture in Croatia is one that still is ok. We had to run AC to keep downstairs as cool as possible. Overall we can recommend this place to stay just wanted to give our opinion. The restaurant we liked was Cibus within walking distance. Averetourism is who we went with for the blue cave and island tours. Thank you Stipe! Much success to you and your family.

Our Tanita apartment was fantastic! Very clean and has everything you need. The area (beach side) is peaceful and there are beach bars and restaurants a short walk away. Stipe kindly made recommendations for where to eat and things to do. The beach is stunning. Having access to the sun loungers and umbrellas was great. Lots of Ubers around and a bus route to get into Split (~30 mins). We’d recommend this place!

Stipe was so communicative and a lovely host. When we arrived he organised a transfer for us, as well as showing us all Split has to offer from best restaurants to nearby national parks. The actual place looks even better than the photos! It’s so spacious and the view is just amazing. You have your own beach, and podstrana is so beautiful and quiet. All in all I think it’s the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.

The apartment is exactly as viewed in the pictures. The view from the balcony and bedroom is amazing. And the private beach with sun beds is a highlight. Other than that the apartment is sufficiently equipped. And Stipe is a most helpful host, thank you so much!

Un magnifique séjour dans l’appartement de Stipe! l’appartement est très beau, très propre, confortable, la vue et l’emplacement magique 🤩 dans un joli coin de la Croatie. les seuls défauts sont le bruit de la circulation et l’absence de climatisation dans les chambres. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Stipe’s apartment. Stipe was very welcoming and helpful with tips for restaurants. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful sea view. It was so nice having the beach right outside and and it was easy to get a taxi into Split. I would highly recommend Stipe’s place :)
