Wow, what a find, the apartment excided our expectations for our stay in Split. The location provided for us (no car) through local transport services trouble free access in to Split and surrounding locations. The apartment has direct access onto the promenade and of course the beach, together with uninterrupted views from the balcony across to the islands and providing fabulous evening sunsets. Our Host Stipe was always on hand to answer any queries we had and I thank him for his prompt response's which made our stay trouble free. I can only state that the apartment fully met the needs for 2 couples and therefore is highly recommended.

This was my second visit to the villa, had visited 2 years ago and the place was as pristine as the first visit. Usually you expect some wear and tear, but the up keep and maintenance was excellent. This is an excellent location as a jumping off point to visit Split, the Islands and surrounding points of interest. Stipe always gives lots of recommendations of best places to see.Would definately return!

This location hits the sweet spot of quiet yet accessible. Literal steps from the beach, with chairs and umbrellas at the ready, a great little beach bar 20 meters away, and a grocery store and two stellar restaurants in walking distance. Definitely explore Omiš to the south of here, amazing hiking!

This apartment was stunning and brand new. Everything was modern and beautiful condition and extremely clean. I loved the view and the location on the beachfront was fantastic. It was a beautiful beach and only people from the apartment building used that beach. He provided chairs and umbrellas so it was perfect. Ir was even nicer than expected. Stipe was so nice and offered so many recommendations. He was always available to answer to my questions. We loved it!

We had a perfect vacation at Stipe’s ! First of all : location ! It was just amazing ! Couple of steps from the beach and couple of minutes from Split (the parking is easy to access and spacious !). It is a beautiful apartment with all the amenities that you might need. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Stipe was an amazing host that greeted us and gave us so many recommandations and took time to give as all the info that we might need !We will consider this appartement for our next year’s vacation for sure !

My wife, my son, my mother in law and I stayed at Stipe’s wonderful apartment for a week and had a great time! He was super helpful and gave us lots of advice and tips were to go and what to do in and around Potstrana and Split. The apartment was just like in the pictures and the ocean views were amazing. Great place just in front of the sea. Supermarkets are in walking distance and to split center it's a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic. I would definitely come back.

Superbe appartement qui donne directement sur la plage en descendant quelques marches. Un grand balcon avec vue sur la mer et coucher de soleil magnifique. L'appartement est très propre, avec 2 belles chambres, 2 salles de bains, 1 grande cuisine et un très beau salon. Trés appréciable également une place de parking réservée. Par ailleurs Stipe a été très sympa et nous a donné beaucoup de conseil de visite et de restauration (le CIBUS à 50 m est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix). En bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Pour notre part si nous revenons sur Split nous retournerons chez Stipe sans hésiter.

Stipe was an excellent host. The place is amazing, with gorgeous views of the sea. The condo is well equipped with everything you would need. on our first night though we couldn't find the corkscrew opener and let Stipe know, next morning he was at our door with the opener and a bottle of wine! Above and beyond our expectations! would definitely go back if we were in the area!

My family and I had the most incredible stay at Stipe’s beachfront apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the sea right from the balcony. The apartment itself was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has been put into every detail, making it a truly luxurious and comfortable space to unwind in. The modern amenities provided all the convenience we could ask for, and everything else (beautiful beach with crystal clear water), restaurants, shops were only a few steps away. What also truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of the host. Stipe had met and walked us through everything at check in, provided great recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and was always available for any questions we had. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for a great and unforgettable experience!

Stipe took time to give us a detailed introduction to his Beautiful apartment which matched the photos and descriptions exactly and is located directly on the beach! It looked brand new but was built in 2019. Everything in the apartment was first class. It has an amazing open plan kitchen / dining / living which opens onto a balcony / terrace. It has ice cold air conditioning in every room and even has an ice maker in the kitchen. Stipe gave us local recommendations which were all very good. I would highly recommend Four Brothers to anyone looking to stay in Podstrana or split!

This was a lovely place to stay. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, and the being right on the beach made it easy to take our child down to play. Beach chairs and umbrellas being provided was a wonderful touch and saved us from renting them. The apartment was so clean and modern, and there were great restaurants nearby. The location was only a short drive into the Split city center, but allowed us quiet evenings away from the city. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Villa Four Brothers for 1 week. It was such a beautiful location and apartment. The view of the sea from the balcony was breathtaking, and the smell of jasmine will forever stay a part of the great memories from our stay here. Stipe was a helpful and wonderful host. The recommendations he sent for the surrounding area were so useful. Strongly recommended anyone wishing to relax but visit this area to stay here. The beach front view and the sound and sight of the Adriatic sets this modern apartment apart from. We also recommend Restaurant Jura to anyone staying here. 5 minutes walk along the beach with great food, cocktails, and friendly staff.

We had a great time here... really lovely place right next to the Podstrana beach :) Place was as picture perfect as seen in the photos...with amazing views of sunset. Good spacious place for a family or group of 4. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and right on the pebble beach. There are a few restaurants along the beach which are reasonably priced and also some supermarkets which are within walking distance. Sun beds and parasols are provided free of charge which is a great advantage, as they are advertised along the sea front for 100kn per day (approx £11) I would recommend a taxi to the airport as the bus is painstakingly slow. Our host Stipe helped us out with this and cost 40 Euros or 300kn. All in all, a beautiful place to stay. Highly recommended.

We spent some wonderful days (4 nights stay) in this apartment, enjoyed the good restaurants around and spent a lot of time at the beach. The apartment (and the whole building) is very beautiful. It was very clean, stylish and we felt very safe. The parking is very good and there are restaurants and groceries in walking distance. Stipe is a great host - he gave us a lot of helpful suggestions and the communication worked very well. He came to the apartment for check-in and check-out. Overall a great experience!

Stipe was a great host and really helped us out with an early check-in and great recommendations for food. Use of sunbeds and umbrella for the beach made this the perfect stay. Would love to return!

Emplacement vraiment bien, à la fois central pour partir visiter la Croatie et surtout posé sur le front de mer avec une vue magnifique. Le petit bonus, le front de mer dispose de tous ce que l’on peut avoir besoin: petits commerces, resto, massage, location de bateaux/scooter/paddle,… avec petit bonus un bar à cocktails au pied de l appartement. L’appartement quant à lui est moderne, climatisé, très bien équipé et tout semble neuf. Pour finir, Stipe le propriétaire, a été un tres bon hôte, qui nous a donné bcp de conseils et il a été flexible pour nos heures d arrivée et de départ. Merci Stipe

Der optimale Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen und die Umgebung - ob Berge, Burgen, Inseln und Buchten oder Städte - zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war fantastisch und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Nette Restaurants und ein Supermarkt nicht weit entfernt, dazu ein netter Gastgeber mit einer guten Kommunikation und tollen Tipps.
