This brand new apartment is in a private small semi attached building in Podstrana, set in a quiet area near the Adriatic Sea and nearby beaches. The beach is about 450 meters away (around a 5-minute walk). You can reach Split in about 10–15 minutes by car, or 8 km to the historic center of Split. Inside, there is a bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa, bathroom, and a terrace with table seating for 4, with open views through safety glass toward the garden and pool. Wi‑Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, and a complete kitchen setup are provided. Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00.

Apartment is brand new and it is located in a private small semi attached building in Podstrana and has private parking place , only 10-15 minutes driving from center of Split. There are beautiful beaches nearby, 5 minutes walking distance from apartment ( 450 meters ).

Apartment is in quiet area near Adriatic sea and beaches, in the vicinity of Stobreč town and 8 km from the historic center of Split, the second largest city in Croatia .
It is very cosy accommodation unit and it is brand new, finished in spring 2016 .

Apartment has terrace with  table and seats for 4 persons. There you can enjoy in beautiful garden and pool view as terrace has open view thru safety glass while having meal or drink...

The apartment consists of one bedroom, kitchen, living room with sofa , bathroom and terrace.

We provide to our guests complete cookware (pots, pans, bake ware, etc.), refrigerator, 4 burner stove, dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery, , boiling pot..., bed linen and extra blankets, cable tv, free wi-fi, luxury air-condition...
