We stopped at the four brothers at the end of September and it was a great experience. The apartment was everything we hoped for. Perfectly clean, and appointed with everything you could want. We were fascinated by the ice cube maker! :-) A full width balcony with uninterrupted views across the sea with views of the islands in front of you and Split city to the right along with a perfect sunset every night. A great promenade running along the water’s edge and bars and restaurants just a short walk along it. Split itself was very good with interesting architecture and a busy harbour area. Further afield the scenery is very dramatic. Definitely recommended! Stipe was a perfect host, with excellent and quick communication, popped to catch up with us to see if everything was ok and helped us out with a sticky situation with the hire car. Thanks Stipe!

Our stay at Stipe’s apartment in Podstrana, Split was fantastic! Stipe is an incredibly nice host who personally guided us through check-in, showed us around the apartment, and shared a wealth of recommendations for nearby restaurants, visit spots in Split, and travel tips. He was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The location was perfect for us—20 minutes from Split’s old town, in a quiet area with stunning views. A staircase just right outside of the apartment leads directly to the beach for swimming and sunbathing, with a lovely jogging and cycling path nearby. The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy, and the super spacious balcony was ideal for relaxing. Highly recommend Stipe’s place!

Wauw, wat een fantastische plek. Appartement is heel groot, en het uitzicht op de zee is geweldig. Balkon is enorm groot, en de toegang naar het strand is echt geweldig. Je hebt eigenlijk gewoon een privé strand, en kunt gebruik maken van de ligbedden en parasols. Een Uber naar de taxi is heel snel te boeken, en je bent binnen 30 minuten in het centrum van Split. Stipe is ontzettend vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam, en zijn ontvangst is heel gastvrij. Wij komen zeker een keer terug!

This property was very comfortable and homey, and the amenities were as described. The view was fantastic and in a very peaceful setting. The location was perfect, very easy to get to Split. I would highly recommend this property if youre looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, yet you are only 20 minutes drive away from Split.

We had a wonderful stay at Stipe’s apartment. Such a gem of a home right by the beach, with beach chairs and umbrellas included. The apartment was sunny, very clean and with good quality furniture. Also the beach promenade had some lovely restaurants. To add to all this Stipe was extremely attentive and a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Four Brothers. We reserved the top floor in which the views were beautiful. Stipe is a wonderful host who answered all of our questions and provided us a lot of information about the area, transportation and restaurants. Podstrana is outside Split which was perfect for us as it gave us a chance to unwind on the semi private beach. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance of this condo which all were very good. I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

Een super mooi en luxe appartement met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een extra wc met wasbak. Van alle gemakken voorzien en een geweldig groot balkon met uitzicht op zee. Een paar stappen lopen naar beneden en je staat op het stand. Auto is gemakkelijk gratis te parkeren.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kiessstrand mit einem schönen großen Balkon und Meerblick, eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen am Strand. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und 3 Schlafzimmer. Das zweite Bad ist ein bisschen kleiner. Alles ist sauber und Stipe ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der viele Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants für uns hatte. Wir haben es sehr genossen unseren Urlaub bei Stipe zu verbringen.

Excelente apartamento frente al mar. Con playa prácticamente privada. Queda a 25-30 minutos del centro de Split en automóvil. Súper cerca y cómodo. Hay mercados, panaderías y restaurantes cerca. Stipe es un gran anfitrión. Muy amable y preocupado de entregar buenas recomendaciones.

Stipe’s apartment is lovely, we had the best time. It was a special occasion with our family for my wife’s birthday. The 3 double bedrooms are all a good size, the master bedroom has glass doors with views over the sea. The views from the balcony are amazing and the quiet beach area is so nice. There are private sunbeds and parasols for your use. It was nice to be outside Split, but Split is an easy bus ride or taxi. If you go to Split in the evening you need to make sure you have at least an hour to travel because of traffic, but other times is fine. We took a ferry to Hvar for a couple of days which was also very nice. Stipe is really responsive and gave some good restaurant recommendations. The restaurant Konoba Argola at the top of Podstrana is lovely food and great photos of the sunset, we would definitely recommend. Thanks again Stipe 👍

We had a wonderful time in Podstrana and are so happy we chose this apartment. It was such a peaceful getaway from the busier cities we were visiting and the daily activities. As everyone mentions, the views from the terrace are incredible and having a glass of wine and unwinding from a long day or enjoying a cup of coffee first thing the morning just made our stay very special. It doesn’t hurt that our teens could run out into the water anytime they wanted. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with all appliances for full meal prep and the bathrooms are extremely clean with great showers. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Keep in mind that Split is 15 min by car but with morning traffic during the weekday it takes longer. That said, we would absolutely pick this location over staying in Split, as this was quiet and private with extraordinary views and while Split is charming, it is extremely crowded. Stipe is a wonderful host - responsive and helpful.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Our family of 5 adults only have good things to say about the villa and the beach and Stipe provided lots of local tips. The sunsets from the deck/beach are beautiful! We were here in late May and had the beach almost to ourselves. The only thing you should be aware of is that there can be lots of traffic congestion if you are heading to Split, so if you have reservations, allow extra time to get there.

We loved staying at Stipe’s place. Great host, great location, impeccably clean. He had great recommendations. The balcony with the sea view is the highlight. It’s amazing to eat dinner on it and watch the sunset. It’s private and huge. The bedrooms are a good size. The apartment looks just as described. It was a good value for a few days outside of Split. It was fairly easy to get Ubers/taxis into Split even though we had a car. Grocery stores are walkable. Overall, this exceeded our expectations!

Location basically on beach! Apartment was top class and a balcony to die for! Car parked at same level as top floor apartment, so only 2 steps down into apartment. Main bedroom was very large with patio onto balcony and ensuite bathroom. Other 2 double bedrooms smaller with shared bathrooms. Two decent sized supermarkets nearby Ribola & Tommys and a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. Stipe, one of the brothers was on hand when needed, he met us at the apartment and gave a very in-depth and warm welcome sharing information about the apartment and local sites. Wonderful week!

Fantastic view from the large terrace that spans the entire apartment, including the master bedroom. Apartment is exactly as pictured. The beach just steps below, complete with beach chairs and umbrellas was a hidden gem that we really enjoyed in the afternoons. The restaurants, bar and gelato stand along the beach also added to our wonderful experience. Stipe was a great host. He communicated with us prior to our stay and personally welcomed us to the apartment. He took his time showing us everything we needed inside and out, and was also prepared with brochures and information for exploring the area. Excellent stay!

10/10 experience! Facilities were top notch and we had everything we needed during our stay. Supermarket was less than 2 minute walk, as well as the beach. The host (Stripe) was the best I’ve come across and was very helpful in helping us organise our holiday e.g transport, recommending different activities for our large group. Apartment location was also great as it was just a short journey of 13 minutes driving to the city centre! Would definitely recommended this villa to any group and if I find myself back in split, I would book this apartment in a heartbeat!

La terrasse est magnifique et nous a permis de passer de très belles soirées face à la mer et au coucher de soleil ! Nous avons aussi apprécié son accès direct à la plage que nous avons utilisé chaque soir en rentrant d’excursion ! Great place. Looks EXACTLY like it is in the pictures (may be even better). The private beach is great. There is a grocery store 100m from the apartment, so that made things further easy. The balcony, apart from the private beach, was another awesome addition. Lovely view of the sunset and cool breeze add day. The locks on the doors are magnetic or something :) ... took us a bit to figure out but ended up being a pretty cool experience. overall a great location, highly recommended. Thanks to Stipe for all his help and recommendations!

Very comfortable apartment with a very spacious outdoor area. Nice view on Brac, Hvar and Split. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, a short walk away you can find nice places to eat. The supermarket is just 200 meters away (7 days a week open), very convenient !
