Near the pool, separated by a few stone stairs, there are also an outdoor dining room, fireplace and a small children's park with swings and a slide.

On the ground floor of Villa Blue Ray Split, there are a modern kitchen, spacious dining room with table and chairs, connected to the sundeck by glass doors, and a guest toilet. A comfortable living room has a dartboard and billiard table, and is connected to the yard by glass doors, where you will find a lovely arbor and table tennis. There are also two bedrooms within this part of the villa. One bedroom is a triple room with a private bathroom, also connected to the yard by glass doors, while the other room is equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom.

The first floor of the Villa Blue Ray Split also has a modern kitchen, dining room with the terrace, equipped with sitting furniture and a beautiful sea view. There is also a spacious living room with a cozy sofa, satellite TV and DVD player. It opens to another terrace with comfortable sitting furniture. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom. Both of the bathrooms have a shower, while the one belonging to the master bedroom also has a jacuzzi tub. Additionally, there is an extra toilet with a washing machine and dryer on this floor.

A special part of the villa is the basement floor, where a modern gym, equipped with various sports facilities and a small toilet, have found their places.
