Set over 450 m², this villa in Poljane features floor-to-ceiling windows and a living and dining area with sea views. It has five double bedrooms that accommodate 10 adults, with the option for one or two additional guests on the sofa bed. Outdoors, enjoy a balcony and a terrace with outdoor dining and a BBQ area, plus a private infinity pool. For relaxation, there’s also a sauna and a jacuzzi, and each bedroom includes a flat-screen TV. A 500 EUR security deposit is required upon arrival and returned after departure subject to inspection. One pet up to 7 kg is welcome for a 100 EUR per week booking fee; no parties/events and no smoking.

Elegant and specious en-suite bedrooms provide sea views, and each comes equipped with your very own flat screen TV. However you choose to spend your holiday, this splendid gem has it all! With five double bedrooms 10 adult guests are easily accommodated with the possibility of one or two more on the sofa bed.

While some may say the heart of Croatia beats the fastest in the South, some think it flourishes in Istria. Extremely rich in history standing proof to occupation by multiple powers Istria is the most multicultural region of Croatia with preserved Roman ruins, Austro-Hungarian architecture, excellent cuisine, superb beaches, crystal clear water, its own dialect and hospitable hosts. The mountainous centre of the peninsula is home to charming villages producing their own olive oil and delicious wine and if you find yourself here in late summer to early fall be sure to attend a truffle festival offering exquisite truffles in every way known to the gastronomic world.

For transparency: please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. One friendly pet of up to 7kg is welcome with a 100 euro per week booking fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
