The first floor has three bedrooms, with two king-size beds and two twin beds, plus en-suite bathrooms with showers. In the separate wellness section, you’ll find a 16 m² indoor pool and a sauna, along with access to a 15 m² terrace with sea views. The sea is 60 m away, and the center of Primošten is 2 km. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. Pets are possible (up to 1) for an additional fee.

The ground floor of the villa is composed of a modern kitchen with a dining area, spacious living room equipped with comfortable leather sofas and LCD TV. From this area, there is an exit onto the beautiful stone terrace, which is beautifully landscaped with Mediterranean plants. Sitting and dining furniture make this a perfect place to completely enjoy fabulous sunsets and the sea view. An extremely harmonious and elegant interior is enriched with beautiful art pieces. The interior is magnificently expressed through the blend of modern and Mediterranean styles. Here, you will also find a wonderful green atrium, as well as a toilet for guests.

The first floor of this truly attractive property consists of 3 bedrooms; two of them have king size beds and one has two twin beds. These modernly furnished bedrooms have a stunning sea view and they are equipped with bathrooms and LCD TVs.

A separate wellness space is reserved for relaxation and consists of an indoor pool (16 m²) and a sauna with a bathroom. This floor also has access to a terrace of 15 m² overlooking the sea.
