The ground floor is airy and exudes the freshness of Mediterranean fragrances. The impression is completed by a glass wall through which the nature, sea and unique interior of the villa complement each other. The sliding glass wall, next to the living space, creates a separate area in which there is a beautiful semi-indoor swimming pool (13 m²) and deck chairs. Below the pool area, there is also a sauna with an adequate bathroom, which additionally adds to the whole impression of luxury. On the ground floor, there is also a study, which allows you to continue and complete any work obligations before you completely relax within the beauty of this unique luxury villa and its beautiful surroundings. The entire ground floor boasts a beautiful spacious terrace with its sitting furniture, from where you will be able to take in the magnificent views of the sea.

The gorgeous and unique staircase takes you to the second floor of the villa. The green atrium is situated on the right side of the stairs. The atrium is surrounded by glass walls, highlighting the charm of nature. On the second floor, there are 4 fully air-conditioned luxury bedrooms. Each room has a luxurious bathroom. Three rooms have king-size beds with a beautiful sea view. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and provides a beautiful view of the garden.
