Entering this fantastic estate of Villa Primosten Divine, you will be stunned by the specious outdoor area around the villa, which consists of a beautifully landscaped garden and pool area. The pool area is designed using elements such as pebble and wood. This area is also equipped with deck chairs. Next to the pool, separated by glass doors, you will find an indoor space with a jacuzzi, shower and sitting furniture. The indoor space can be fully opened to the pool area, making this a perfect place for having fun, relaxing and hanging around with your friends and family on hot summer days and nights.

The ground floor of the villa consists of two areas: a smaller area, in which the kitchen is situated and a larger area with a living-dining space. Both of these areas are fully connected. Entering the modern kitchen, you will find a wine cellar and bread oven. From the kitchen, a hallway leads to the specious and modern living area, which consists of the dining room with a table and chairs and a living room with sitting furniture and TV. The living area is connected with the outdoor terrace with two large glass doors from which you can exit onto and enjoy the romantic view of the whole bay and endless sea. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower.

The first floor of the villa can be reached by a modern interior staircase from the living area or through the outside entrance of the first floor, which can be reached by several exterior staircases. Two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own balcony and bathroom, of which one is with a shower and the other is with a bathtub, can be found on the first floor. On the same floor, there is a cinema room and a gym, which are ideal places for spending active and fun afternoons during the summer.

On the first floor level, there are also two beautiful terraces. The first terrace, next to the entrance to the first floor, is covered and has sitting furniture. This terrace has a romantic charm because of the columns surrounding it. Due to its location, this terrace is the perfect place for enjoying the sea view with a glass of fine Dalmatian wine on a warm summer night. Just a few steps away is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. The kitchen continues onto the next terrace where you will find a large dining table and chairs. This area is nothing but a perfect place for the gathering of family and friends while enjoying amazing Dalmatian specialties and creating unforgettable memories.

On the second floor, which can be reached from the interior modern staircase, there are two bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, of which one is with a shower and the other is with a bathtub. On the same floor, there is a laundry room and a terrace with sitting furniture, which is faced on the north side of the villa.
