Set on 233 m² with 4 bedrooms and space for up to 8 guests, this modern villa in Privlaka includes a ground-floor kitchen and a bright living room for family time. A bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet is also on this level. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two share a bathroom, while one has an en-suite bathroom. Outside, a fenced 612 m² yard lets your group gather freely. Enjoy the 35 m² pool, sunbathing by the water, and a fully equipped summer kitchen with a grill next to the pool. For entertainment, there are a slide, swings, and a playroom for children, plus table football for adults. Parking is available inside the fence (two spaces) and outside (two spaces). Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out until 10 AM. No parties or loud music; young groups are accepted only on request with an additional damage deposit.

This magnificent, modern, high-style villa offers 233 square meters, optimal for accommodating up to 8 guests. On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen with everything you need for cooking or serving meals. There is also a spacious living room lit by sunlight for pleasant gatherings with family and friends. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet for all guests. On the first floor of the villa there are three beautiful bedrooms, two of which have a separate shared bathroom, and one bedroom has its own bathroom.

The villa is surrounded by 612 square meters of fenced yard that you can use for your group's unhindered gatherings. You can sunbathe next to the large 35 square meter pool or refresh yourself in it. Next to the pool there is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a grill, so that you can prepare meals to your taste by the pool.
In the yard, two parking spaces are offered inside the fence and two outside. Villa Dominic's entertainment facilities include a slide, swings and a playroom for children, while adult guests can have fun playing table football. Only 100 meters from the villa there is a beautiful bicycle path through the Mediterranean nature typical of that area.
