It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All rooms have access to a balcony.

Outdoor space

The 200 m2 private garden offers plenty of space for various outdoor activities. Guests also have access to a barbecue.

There is a private heated swimming pool (40 m2, 150 cm deep) with a shower and a sunbathing area with deck chairs.

The property offers a garage and two private parking spaces .

The nearest beach is about 450 m away. It is a sandy beach. The coast is flat with a gentle slope towards the sea, and the sea here is shallow and warm.

Prezida Beach, Vir -2.9 km

Sabunike Beach - about 4.5 km, sandy beach with a gentle slope towards the sea.

Kraljičina Beach - 5.8 km, a famous sandy beach with a gentle slope towards the sea.

Zdrijac Beach - 8 km. It is part of the Nin sandy lagoon, which can be compared to a large bay with warm sea and a gentle slope towards the sea. There is a windsurfing center.

Both beaches in Nin have parking so tourists can easily reach them by car.

The entire Privlaka-Sabunika-Nin coast is a favorite place for families with children. The specificity of these beaches with shallow, quickly warming sea means that you can swim here long before and after the main tourist season.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar West) and head towards Nin/Privlaka/Vir.
