On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming entrance hall leading into a bright, air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for 2 guests. The living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and a convenient guest toilet.

From the living room, step out into your private garden retreat, featuring a covered tiled terrace and a beautifully maintained area with artificial grass. Relax in the private jacuzzi, lounge on comfortable sunbeds, or enjoy the garden furniture while taking in stunning views of the sea and beach. The garden is also easily accessible directly from the parking area.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find 3 beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds—plus a stylish bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms (one double and the one with single beds) open onto a balcony overlooking the sparkling sea, while the third bedroom at the front of the building offers peaceful views of the surrounding area.

For your convenience, the villa includes 2 private parking spaces right in front of the building.

BEACHES

The nearest beach is just 30 meters from the property in a straight line. It is a large bay with warm water, a gentle slope into the sea, and a sandy bottom. The shoreline is mostly flat, partly covered with a concrete path and locally sandy.

In fact, the entire coastline of the village is used for beaches. Privlaka is renowned for its sandy coastline, and the unique characteristics of these beaches—with shallow, quickly warming waters—allow for swimming well before and after the main tourist season.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS AND GROCERIES

The nearest restaurant is about 300 meters away and it can be reached by a beautiful, panoramic path along the sea. The cafe bar is about 400 metres away, as well as two smaller shops. Larger multi-branch market 1km from the property.

ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar zapad) and head for Privlaka/Vir.
