Set on Island Krk in Punat, this villa is located in the first line of houses on the water and offers sea views throughout. Up to 12 adults are accommodated in six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus two living areas: a ground-level lounge with access to the pool terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with dining, and an upper lounge with a smaller kitchen. Each floor includes a balcony with a seating area. Outside, you’ll find a 40 m² pool with sun loungers, garden furniture with umbrellas, and BBQ provided. The beach is about 50 m away. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. A €400 security deposit is payable on arrival and returned after departure, subject to inspection; no groups under 25 years of age.

On beautiful Island Kirk in first line of houses on the water with stunning views of the sea and marvelous landscape Villa Sunset Punat is sure to impress. A pattern of beach theme appears on all three levels of modern interior. Two living areas are at your disposal with a contemporary fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a comfortable lounge on the ground level, with access to the pool terrace. The second lounge with a smaller kitchen as well as the ensuite bedrooms are on the upper levels. Sea views can be enjoyed from all the bedrooms and each floor contains a balcony with seating area, best for enjoying sunsets. Outdoor deck leads to a large 40 m² pool, sun loungers and garden furniture with umbrellas providing shade on warmer days. BBQ is provided for your enjoyment. A beach is a mere 50m away.

Twelve adults are comfortably accommodated in six bedrooms.

Endowed by natural beauty, superb beaches, romantic coves, healing muds, adventure activities, excellent restaurants, delicious wine and thousand year old monuments and art galleries plus charming villages and its cultural epicenter town Kirk, this Island succeeds to please everyone. While here be sure to visit 5th century Cathedral and an impressive 12th century Frankopan Castle.

For transparency: please account for 400 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
