The property of Villa Harmony is reachable by stone steps that introduce you to the spacious ground floor area. In this section, there is an open living room area of 95 m2, beautifully decorated, equipped with comfortable furniture, fireplace and the latest technology. The whole side of the living room is enclosed in glass that stretches across the entire surface of the wall and offers an amazing view of the magnificent surroundings: beautifully landscape scenery, island of Cres, island of Losinj and the whole Kvarner Bay. On the ground floor, there is also an open and fully equipped modern kitchen, two dining areas, seating, guest toilet and a bedroom with a king size bed and a private, modernly furnished bathroom.

A massive stone staircase connects the ground floor with the first floor. It consists of 3 double bedrooms with double beds, two private bathrooms and private terraces of 35 m2, overlooking the entire estate, which is an elegant and gracious masterpiece.

Exiting from the ground floor of the residence will lead you to the beautiful yard, where you will find a summer hacienda with sitting and dining furniture, as well as an outdoor barbecue. This area is an ideal place for hanging out and relaxing in good company and enjoying magnificent Istrian specialties for which this region is famous.

In the central part of Villa Harmony, there is a magnificent heated swimming pool, emphasizing the subtle elegance present on this amazing estate. The pool is surrounded by deck chairs. In this area, you will also find an outdoor shower and guest toilet with a washing machine and dryer.

Villa Harmony is fully air-conditioned and has central heating.
