This modern 3-bedroom villa in Ražanj offers accommodation for up to 8 guests (6+2), spread over two floors and set on a fenced 1,000 m² plot with 220 m² of living space. Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, Wi‑Fi, and SAT TV. The 3 double bedrooms have Queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with a shower (one bathroom also includes a bathtub). Outside features a private heated infinity pool with sun loungers, a covered alfresco dining area, and a terrace with seating. Parking for 2 cars is available on site. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 10:00. A €500 security deposit applies, and pets are available on request.

Luxury Villa Seven Seas is a modern new villa with private heated pool and 3 bedrooms, located in the small town of Ražanj, only 100 m away from the sea and the pebble beach. The villa is spread over a plot of 1000 m2 with 220 m2 of living area and consists of two floors (ground floor and first floor) and a fenced private garden. The interior consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with a shower. The villa has one additional toilet and is suitable for 6+2 people. Outside area features a private infinity swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor dining area, terrace with seating area and a sorrounding garden with Mediterranean plants. At the entrance to the villa there are two parking spaces. Stone stairs lead you to the spacious central terrace where there is an infinty pool with sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The villa also has an outdoor living area with dining set located under the covered area for all-day enjoyment. Through the glass doors you enter the air-conditioned ground floor of the villa where there is a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island (stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, cutlery and drinks). In this big space you will also find a dining table, spacious living room with a comfortable sofa which can also serve as a convertible double sofa and SAT TV, and a guest toilet. Stairs lead to the first floor where 3 double rooms have taken their perfect place. Each room has Queen size beds, bathrooms with shower, SAT TV and a balcony facing the sea from which you can enjoy gentle dawns or romantic sunsets.

Villa is 10 km away from the nearby Rogoznica, 40 km from historical town Šibenik and 50 km from Split. The center of Ražanj is only 500 meters away. Ražanj is a small town in the embrace of Dalmatian nature and the blue sea. The center is a few minutes walk (500 m). There you will find a market with fresh fruits and vegetables, a post office, restaurants and bars. In Ražanj there is a large selection of beaches, and the largest selection of beaches is rocky with concrete parts that serve as terraces. For this reason, the pebble beach around Cape Varoš is the most suitable for families with children due to the shallow sea. In Ražanj, you must definitely visit the Movar hill, which is located above the village and from the top of which there is a beautiful panoramic view of the clean, blue Adriatic Sea. For lovers of nightlife and entertainment, we single out Club Aurora, 18 kilometers away, one of the largest and most famous Croatian clubs, one of the best resorts on the Croatian coast. The club is open from June to September every year, in season every evening from mid-July to the end of August. For lovers of sports and adrenaline near the bay there is a bike path, and in the neighboring Stivašnica there is a sports field for basketball and five-a-side football, bowling. Culture and history are deeply rooted in Rogoznica, as evidenced by the beautiful sacral buildings. The settlement is dominated by the parish church of St. Nicholas with a bell tower, built in the style of medieval Dalmatian architecture. For nature lovers, you can explore the natural phenomenon small salty lake Zmajevo Oko (Dragon's Eye) that is nearby. In addition, a short distance by car from Rogoznica are the national parks Krka, Kornati and Plitvice Lakes as well as the historical towns of Split, Trogir, Sibenik and Zadar.
