Set in the heart of Istria near Mrkoči, this renovated heritage villa (2020) combines wood and stone with natural materials. Two connected buildings provide accommodation for up to 10 guests across four separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Spend time in the garden and on sunlit terraces, or swim in the infinity-edge pool. Inside, there are two bright living rooms with a fireplace, a modern kitchen, two dining tables for everyone, and a side table for billiards. Pets are welcome, and private parking is available on site. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

This rustic villa will delight you with its decoration in a style that combines wood and stone. The house was completely renovated in 2020, with only natural materials used in the renovation, thus preserving the original Istrian heritage. And so it exudes true colours and scents reminiscent of Italian Tuscany and its green hillsides. Two connected structures, one a single-storey and one a two-storey building, provide accommodation for a maximum of 10 people. Each of the four separate bedrooms has its own bathroom. The beautiful garden of the villa offers plenty of space to relax, the terraces are bathed in the sun, there is a swimming pool with an infinity edge, and chess lovers will easily spot a large board with figures up to 45 cm high. You can also find hammocks all over the garden, as well as a specially designed space for children to play in. Inside, you will be greeted by two large living rooms with lots of light and a fireplace, as well as a modern kitchen. There are two large tables intended for dining which can seat everyone, and there is also a separate table in a side room for playing billiards. Pets are welcome, and
private parking is available on site.
