This renovated Istrian villa in Višnjan is set in a house more than 200 years old, with an interior that has been completely updated while keeping the original dimensions. It accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and includes 4 bathrooms and 4 parking places. The terrace features a saltwater swimming pool, a sunbathing area with a solar shower, a large shaded canopy, and a grill. Inside, guests will find an old stone vault, a library, and a playroom in the attic. One bedroom also opens to a large sun terrace, and electric bicycles are available at an additional cost.

The villa is a classic Istrian house over 200 years old. The interior of the house has been completely renovated, keeping all the dimensions of the old building. Thanks to this reconstruction, guests can enjoy all the comforts of a modern house. Several interesting stone artifacts were found during the restoration, which have been preserved and returned to the house. Villa can accommodate eight guests in its four bedrooms. A swimming pool with salt water is situated on the terrace, together with the sunbathing area with solar shower. A large, shaded canopy and the grill are at your disposal as well. The interior of the house is equipped for all kinds of travelers, so you can find an old stone vault, under which you can relax in a comfortable armchair with a glass of excellent Istrian wine, a library to relax from everyday stress and a playroom for the youngest in the attic. One of the bedrooms has access to a large sun terrace. Electric bicycles are available for guests of the villa at an additional cost, with which you can explore the surrounding area, wine cellars and good restaurants.
