Next to the pool, there are comfortable sunloungers (10x) with umbrellas, an outdoor shower, lounge area and a covered alfresco dining area with grill and a modern summer kitchen. The special feature of this completely fenced yard and the sorrounding gardens with various mediterranean plants.

Villa is spread over a plot of 814 m2 with a living area of 500m2 and is divided into basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor with a gallery.

Next to the fully equipped kitchen, there is a dining table with 10 comfortable leather chairs and a comfortable sofa where the guests can relax while watching your favorite movie.

On the first floor of this luxury villa for rent in Rogoznica, there are 3 spacious bedrooms equipped with comfortable king-size beds and en suite bathrooms with bidets, toilets, double sinks and walk-in showers. Two bedrooms share a bacony with a seaview, while the third room has a private small balcony with a side view.
